Laughing and giggling Shehnàaz and Sidharth enter the house after their first date. But as soon as she steps inside the living room, her eyes go wide in shock.
"Hello Shehnaaz", the person in front greets her with a suppressed smile.
"H.. hello u..uncle.", Shehnaaz stuttered nervously. She looked at Daksh, who was quietly sitting on the couch. Sidharth looked at the person perplexed as he couldn't recall him.
"Bahut khush nazar aa rahi ho. Won't you share your happiness with us? After all tum humaare ghar ki hone wali bahu ho.", Said the man. Sidharth's mouth hung open in shock. He now recalled the person to be Vikram Maurya, the Founder and CEO of Daksh Enterprises and of course, Daksh's father.
"Woh... Aap kab aaye? Daksh, tumne mujhe message kyu nahi kiya?", Shehnaaz fake smiled to change the topic while glaring at Daksh for not informing her.
Daksh glanced at Shehnaaz with a face void of expressions without uttering any words.

Shehnaaz cursed Daksh at the back of her mind.
"Usko maine hi manaa kiya tha Shehnaaz beta. I wanted to surprise you. However, I am surprised myself. Who is this gentleman here?", Vikram asked staring at Sidharth.
"Woh.. woh..", Shehnaaz fumbled.
"Hello Sir, I am Sidharth, ma'am ka personal secretary.", Sidharth said.
"Oh! Secretary, Okay. Jis tarah se tum dono haste haste aaye, mujhe laga tumhara koi dost hoga. Maine toh suna tha tum bahut strict boss ho..", Vikram piqued.
"Kaam ke time thoda strict hona padhta hai warna I am cool..", Shehnaaz said.
"Hmm.. Waise Shehnaaz beta, I like your dedication towards work but tumko apne health pe bhi dhyaan dena chahiye. Itne der raat tak kaam kar rahi ho aur woh bhi weekend pe. I think you could have asked Daksh to help you. Akhir woh yaha tumhaare liye aur tumhaare saath time spend karne aaya hai. Kyu Daksh?", Vikram asked.
"Hmm..", Daksh hummed disinterested. Sidharth rolled his eyes in annoyance.
"Aap yaha kisi business ke silsile mein aayein the?", Shehnaaz asked.
"Kyu? Main tumhe yuhi milne nahi aa sakta?", Vikram asked
"Umm... Of course uncle. Aap jab chahe tab aa sakte hai. Woh bas aapne ya Daksh ne bataya nahi warna main gharpe aapke welcome ke liye available hoti..", Shehnaaz said nervously,
"Well, mera yaha aane ka ek bada sa maqsad hai. Tumhaari aur Daksh ki shaadi ki date nikaali hai panditji ne. Aur shaadi exactly two weeks mein thay huyi hai.", Vikram said.
"What?", Shehnaaz and Sidharth spoke in unison out of shock. Vikram furrowed his brows at Sidharth.
"Aaa.. umm.. uncle two weeks mein? Itni jaldi.. kaise?", Shehnaaz spoke to drag his attention away from Sidharth.
"Haan, iske baad 6 mahine koi mahurat nahi hai.. isiliye I thought 2 weeks ka hi best hai. It's very auspicious as well.", Vikram says.
"But it's too short notice. Don't you think so Daksh? Besides 6 months waali looks more feasible too. Haina Daksh? (Daksh was silent) Daksh, why don't you say something.", Shehnaaz asked gritting her jaws turning to Daksh.
"Huh?", Daksh looked at Shehnaaz biting his lower lips.
"Daksh has already agreed. Infact, he is very excited for the wedding. Kyu Daksh?", Vikram interrupted.
"Hmm.. yes..", Daksh nodded.
"Kya? Aise kaise?", Sidharth blurts glaring holes into Daksh's face.
"Excuse me, young man? I suppose you are just a secretary. Tumhe kya dikkat hai iss shaadi se?", Vikram asked narrowing his eyebrows.
