Rudy POV

    The very next day, Finnick and I woke up. We got up, took a shower together and got dressed to go out into the dining cart for breakfast. Once, we entered the room and saw Lily, Mags, and Shelly. Lily couldn't look at us because she was blushing too much. Shelly was just staring daggers at Finnick and I. Mags just shocked her head at us with a slight smirk on her face. I walked in with a face full of embarrassment and blush. I just walked quickly to take a seat. However, Finnick was right behind with a goofy charming smile on his face. He couldn't help but egg on Lily while giving her a wink.

    No one talked throughout eating our breakfast. We just sat there in silence and some form of relative peace. After breakfast we broke apart to talk and get some guidance from our mentors. Mags was trying her best to talk and help out Shelly. Mags is such a caring and loving woman. No one can doubt that fact. However, Shelly was practically ignoring her. Mags was trying her best to offer her assistance, but Shelly was being really stubborn and ignoring her advice. I'm not liking Shelly's chances of survival, but who knows she might surprise me. She might come off as a bitch, but she still was someone from home.

    While Mags was trying her best with Shelly. Finnick and I were in our own corner in the room. We were just being silly. Finnick was flirting with me and teasing me in front of loudmouth Lily. I would either giggle at his lame jokes or blush and smile shyly at him. We did get to talk about some things that we planned to clarify some things but they weren't really important stuff to know.

    The remainder of the train ride was just spent talking and getting to know what to expect when we reached the capitol. Finnick told me to smile and wave at the people outside the widows when we were near our stop. Also, to keep a smile and wave once we are off the train as well because there will be people waiting to see the tributes.

    Once we arrived at the capitol, the train began to come to a screeching stop. Finnick had pulled me aside and gave me a great big kiss in front of Lily, Shelly, and Mags. The train doors had not been open, yet to let us off the train. After the kiss, He whisper in my ear," I love you,Rudy. I'm going to miss you. I will see you later in the evening before the start of the parade," said Finnick.

    "I love you, too, Finnick. See you later and I'm going to miss you too," I said in a whisper into his ear.

    Once the doors open, we all got off the train. We were split apart by peacekeepers and led to different cars. While walking out to the cars, I could hear all types of people screaming and yelling to get the chance to see the new tributes for district 4. I knew what I had to do. I turned their way and began to smile, wink,wave, and blow kisses into the waiting crowds. When I did, I got some screams and aws in response. I heard a few women say"Isn't he cute?" and got some whistles and catcalls from teenage boys and grown men.

    I finally got in the car followed by peacekeepers. Off we went to the center building where tributes will get their makeovers, meet their stylist teams, and get ready for a parade that will show off tributes to the hungry hyenas. I already knew that it was going to be a long day.

    We arrive at our destination. We headed right inside the building and went straight into the lobby. The peacekeepers head separated Shelly and I to give each tribute their privacy. I'm just not looking forward to what's to come. I heard from Finnick what they are planning to do just like they did to him. When I was in a room all alone waiting for my main stylist and their team. I looked around and saw a steel table in the middle of the room along with racks of clothes lining the far side wall. There was a big mirror surrounded by beautiful lights. Under the mirror, tons of makeup lay on top of a table. On the steel table was a bathrobe and a note. All the note said was get completely undressed and put on the bathrobe. I did so, but I just felt uncomfortable with just a bathrobe on. Without me noticing someone had entered the room.
