There were some days where I felt great, and there were some where I felt annoyed, angry, frustrated, sad, and exhausted all at once. Today was one of those days.
I was currently laying in bed with my head submerged in pillows and covers. "Y/n dekta it's time to get up" I felt the blonde taking the covers and pillows off of me. I looked at her in annoyance and turned over.
"Oh come on y/n you have to get up everyone is waiting on you" Yelena bent down and kissed the place under my ear on my neck.
"I don't want to get up" I whined. "I know, but we have a meeting and you are required to be present" Yelena reasoned. I took a deep breath and stood up, getting dressed, making my way to the meeting room.
Once we made it in the meeting room I took my place in a chair and crossed my arms. "Look who finally decided to get out of hibernation" tony said sarcastically and laughed jokingly. I raised my eyebrow and made my eyes glow green and sent Tony a look that could literally kill.
"Look who's fixing to go back in a hospital bed" I watch as tony sat uncomfortably in his chair. "Y/n that's enough" Yelena said and softly laid her hand on my leg. I rolled my eyes and turned my attention back to the meeting.
"Okay everyone, we are here to discuss the situation that happened on the last mission. I was told that we failed miserably and that none of you could get your shit together" fury said standing at the head of the table.
"Well maybe if someone would be a teammate and not a entitled arrogant little bitch, then maybe we would've exceeded in such mission" I directly said to fury. "Ohh really well maybe if a certain someone would have listened to my instructions we could have executed the mission accordingly" tony replied back.
"I liked you better when you weren't talking stark" I turned my attention towards him. "Ohh well then, maybe next time I'll make sure I talk more, slut" he said the last word more as a mumble, but I heard it.
"What did you call me tin foil" I stood up. "I think you know soldier" he said reminding me of my unlucky past, then he stood up also.
"Alright that's enough you two" I cut him off. "Sorry fury, but I would love to here what else the little bitch has to say" I felt a hand grab mine. I turned to see Yelena wanting me to sit back down before I do something I regret.
"I think your a waste of time. I think I should have left you in the shit hole you were in. You are a useless piece of shit and you don't deserve to be on the team" tony spit out. It felt like daggers were being drove into my chest. Tears were threatening to fall from my eyes.
"Tony that was uncalled for" Yelena said coming to my side. She looked into my eyes and looked worried.
YELENA POV
I looked into her eyes and saw nothing but pain and hurt. "You okay" I asked and she looked towards tony "yeah I'm fine." She lunged herself towards tony and everyone jumped up to help me hold her back. I know Tony can fight, but we all know when y/n is angry she can be extremely aggressive and dangerous.
"Fuck you man" she yelled out and kept trying to get to tony. "Y/n just leave it alone" I said trying to calm her down. "That ego you have is why you are going to be alone. You don't have any heart. Watch your back old man" she said tears still threatening to fall out her eyes.
I know y/n, she'll act like she's okay and won't tell anyone how she really feels. She'll hide all her pain behind a smile. "Hey let's go take a breather, ok" I grabbed her attention. She nodded softly and followed me out the room. We went to the roof.
She sat down silently beside me and we looked into the sky that was mixed with colors of pink, purple, blue, yellow, and a hint of orange.
"You can tell me how you feel. I already know something's wrong" I looked into her eyes. She looked up into my eyes. The one pair of eyes that could make me break, we're looking into mine with a look I couldn't figure out.
I watch as tears began to flow from her eyes. I pulled her into my embrace and played with her hair. "Hey it's okay, I'm here" I reassured her.
"I saw tony as a brother and a father. He helped me when I needed someone the most. He made me feel like I was worth saving. Hearing him say those words, it made me feel like I'm nothing but a cold blooded killer who's only purpose is it hurt those who don't deserve death. I want to be anything but that Lena and I can't because my past is always following me" she broke down in my arms. Hearing her talk like that made my heart crumble.
"You are the most nicest, sweetest, and kindest person I know. You help others and you are important. We all need you y/n. I wouldn't be the same without you. Tony just says things at times when they aren't needed to be said and that's why he loses the people he loves the most. You are caring and a badass at anything you try. You are incredibly talented and hot. You just don't know what certain people have told me when they found out we were dating. You can be a dumbass, but I think it's cute. I love when you get frustrated when we are having a game night. You drunk is the funniest thing ever. You laugh the whole time and make the funniest jokes. And don't let me get started on how good that suit looks on you" I said making her laugh through her tears.
"You're stupid" she said while laughing and wiped her tears away. "You might be right, but I got you to smile" I began to laugh. "Okay, okay you win, but you are still stupid" she said laughing again.
"How about we go to our room and watch a movie and then I can give the best cuddles you've ever experienced" I said making her smile. "Oh wow someone's confident" she stood up revealing her short shorts.
"You look really good in those shorts, dekta" I smacked her butt. "I would let you take them off, but I don't think you could handle it" she smirked. "Don't test me doll" I stood up to meet her eyes. "Well the test has already started and you've wasted at least five minutes" she looked at her wrist as if there was a watch on her wrist.
"Please just stop flirting, I can't take it anymore" y/n and I both looked over to see tony uncomfortable. "Look y/n I'm sorry I shouldn't have said those thing and I went out of line. Maybe on the mission I was being really bossy and I apologize" tony said and I looked over to y/n and she smiled. "I'm sorry too, yelled" y/n replied.
"Are you finished stark the clock is running and I'm taking a test" I tried to hurry up the process. Y/n laughed as I picked her up and raced to the room.
