You're Not the Villain in my story Y.B

I was the villain in some peoples stories. No matter how good I had become, it was always never good enough. The two Russian sisters hated me.

I know in the past I've done some bad things, but I'm a better person now. After years of being enemies with both of them, I decided to exclude myself from them. I mean they hated me anyway, but one thing couldn't do was let them see they got to me.

It had been 3 years since I last saw them. I was sitting outside of a shop in New York. I heard something click and then a cold object being put to the back of my head.

"Well if it isn't my favorite two people" I said smiling already knowing who it was. "Cut the crap y/n" the redhead spoke. "You know I always hear Natasha, but never Yelena, why is that" I turned to look at them both.

"Shut your mouth" Yelena put the gun to my forehead. "You can't shoot me Yelena" I looked into the blondes eyes. She always was my favorite and I knew she didn't have the guts to shoot me, not now not ever.

She put her finger on the trigger. "Come on ladies, I thought you would've got the hint when I left. We've been doing this for how long, just give up and go home" I could see a hint regret in Yelena's eyes.

"You want to shoot me, then shoot me. I mean I've tried and tried to prove to you that I've changed and yet here you are pointing a gun to my head. I know I was manipulative and I put you both through crap, but I can't change the past. I did change my future. Come on shoot me Yelena. It's why you're here right" I stepped closer to the gun moving it to my chest.

She gulped and began to breath hard.

YELENA POV

She still had an effect on me. I was always weak when it came down to y/n. She makes me loose my mind. She was right. Why do I have a gun pointing at her. She has changed. Natasha can never get past her feelings towards y/n.

It wasn't a mystery that we had both fallen for the black haired girl. Ever since we both found out that she was bad, Natasha turned her addiction towards y/n's love into an addiction to kill her.

I on the other hand, never hated y/n for what she did. I only did what my sister wished. This was the moment we both had been working for over the years.

Yet there was those green eyes piercing through me. She moved the gun to her chest. I couldn't shoot her, not now not ever. She stepped even closer to me. "Come on Yelena do it. This is what you wanted right or am I just talking to your sister" she questioned me.

I couldn't look in her eyes.she grabbed my chin "look me in the eyes and pull the trigger Belova."

"Do you really hate me that much. Tell me, do you regret everything we shared" she questioned.

"Are you kidding me, don't tell me you believe anything that is coming out of her mouth. You manipulated both of us. You tricked both of us into falling in love with you, just for you to leave both of us in the dust" Natasha spoke up.

She averted her eyes toward Natasha. "Left you in the dust, left you in the dust. I wasn't left with a choice" I looked up at her confused. "What are you talking about y/n" Natasha yelled.

"They gave me no choice. It was either I left you both or I sat and watched as they killed you both in front of me. I couldn't watch you get killed, so I left" she explained.

This whole time was for nothing. She truly did care. "Bull crap, you left because you were too self absorbed and you didn't care about either of us" Natasha yelled.

Y/n looked towards me. "Okay then if I was so self absorbed, then Yelena why don't you tell your sister about that night before I left" I felt my throat hurt.

Natasha looked towards me. "What is she talking about Yelena" I felt like throwing up. "Before she left she came to me and offered to take me with her. I told her no because you needed me" I watched Natasha back up.

"Shoot her Yelena now" she yelled. I looked down at the gun and put it up to her heart. My chest began to tighten as I looked into her eyes.  Tears began to fall down my face.

Y/n grabbed my hand and put the gun closer to her heart. "Come on Lena just do what your sister says and all of this will be over" she said softly.

I put my hand tighter on the gun and put my finger on the trigger. "Yelena pull the trigger" Natasha yelled.

"Shut up" I yelled back taking her by surprise. I put the gun down and turned it towards her. "I have been quiet for a long time Natasha. Y/n is not who you play her out to be. She's funny, she's smart, she very skilled at fighting, she's caring, and she was tortured for years in hydra and the red room. I know you were hurt, but I can't shoot her. And I can't shoot her because I'm in love with her" they both were quiet.

"You love me" y/n said softly. "I never stopped loving you. It killed me to know I could have went with you instead of living my life trying to kill you. I am so sorry for everything. You did nothing wrong y/n. I felt like it wasn't fair of me to love you if my sister felt the same way. I pushed you away and sometimes treated you like crap because I was afraid that in the end you didn't love me back" I saw Natasha tearing up.

"Yelena I had no idea you felt that way" Natasha said pulling me into a hug. She turned to y/n "I guess I'm not the favorite am I" she gave y/n a hug.

"I'll wait for you at the compound" and Natasha left.

"I never stopped loving you either" she blurted out. "I was bummed you didn't come with me, but I understood why you didn't. Just know that whenever  you are ready to talk I'll be there" she looked around.

"You need a ride don't you" she said awkwardly. I laughed at her awkwardness. "Yep and maybe you can stay a little longer, to you know, catch up" I said making her laugh.

"I would love that, but I am not exactly on the best terms with your avenger friends. You know being with hydra and all. Plus I have to go and check up on my apartment, I haven't been there in a week" she chuckled.

"We better get going then" she said breaking the silence. "Yeah" I followed her to her car. I was shocked when I saw the type of car she had. "You have a Lamborghini" I shouted in excitement.

"Yeah is that a problem" she smiled. "No, I just didn't expect you to have one" I explained.

"Well I do and we better get going before your sister tries to cause me of kidnapping" she joked.

The ride was great we talked and now it was time to say goodbye. We stood at the door. "You know it wouldn't hurt to see each other more often to you know catch up on lost time" I chuckled. "Yelena, I'm a enemy. It will ruin your friendship with the avengers. I can't let you do that" she looked towards the ground.

"I don't care what they think. Plus, half of them don't trust me. The only reason I am an avenger is because  they are terrified of Natasha, I don't see how, but they are. And you're not the villain in my story. They can't choose my love life" she smiled at the end comment.

"I'll see you around Belova" she smiled and began to walk away. I ran after her. I grabbed her hand making her stop. "I didn't get to say goodbye" I pulled her in for a kiss.

After all these years, I finally got the one thing that was missing in my life. She let go first "I'll see you around y/l/n" I said smiling and then watching her leave.

Who knew what the future holds for us.
