Yelena was in a meeting with other avengers while I was doing paperwork. I wasn't really in the mood to talk to anyone or just socialize in general.
I had tons of work to do because fury decided to give all to me last minute. I had been doing it all night and was only half way finish. I hadn't ate anything in the past two days due to my mission and my eyes were red and heavy.
After an hour, Yelena had walked in. She was extremely hyper. She came in singing a song to the top of her lungs. I was trying so hard not to say anything to her, but I couldn't concentrate.
"Lena can you please be a little bit more quiet" I said the first time. She kept going apparently she didn't hear me. "Lena" she kept going. "Yelena can you shut up, I'm so happy that you're happy right now but I have a buttload of work to do and I can't concentrate with you singing like no one else is in the room. So please Shut Up" I yelled out and the room went quiet.
I felt bad for yelling, but I nicely asked her the first time and she didn't hear me. She walked out not saying a word.
Two hours later and I had finally finished the work.
I walked out dragging my feet with me to give fury the papers. I laid the papers down on his desk. "Here is everything you need. Please don't ask me to do paperwork for another month" I said as I was walking out.
I went to the kitchen and grabbed something to drink. I sat at the island and felt my head getting heavy. I laid my head and next thing I knew I was sound asleep.
YELENA POV
I made y/n mad. So it was just better to leave her alone then make her even more angry. I went to go find Natasha and Wanda since they were the only two I would actually hang out with.
I walked in Natasha room where the two were on their phone chilling in the room. "Hey Yelena" Wanda said noticing I had walked in the room. "Hey can I just lay in here with you guys" I said really softly which is something I don't usually do. "Yeah sure" Natasha said acting confused.
I laid down and eventually fell asleep. Natasha had woke me up. "Hey you need to come see this" she shook me.
I got up and followed her to see y/n not moving with her head down. "I've never seen her asleep" Wanda said walking over to take a good look at y/n. "Yeah she's usually like a night owl on missions and she's usually up before I get up in our days off" Natasha added.
I lightly tapped her to wake her up since she was a light sleeper. She didn't move. She was in deep sleep.
"Maybe she's just tired" Natasha said grabbing my arm. I moved the hair out her face, she was peacefully sleeping. "She had to do files last night and this morning" I informed them on why she was probably sleeping.
"Im going to take her to bed" I said picking her up. Her limb body fell into mine. I took her to the bed laying her down.
I had never seen y/n this tired before. Her cute face made my heart melt. I wrapped her up in a cover. I went to walk away but a raspy voice stopped me.
"Don't leave, stay with me" her tired eyes looked up at me and I couldn't say no. I crawled beside her and wrapped my arms around her waist. "I'm sorry for yelling" her raspy voice let out. "It's okay I understand why you did"I wanted her to know it didn't hurt me.
I thought she was going to say something else, but the brunette was fast asleep.
I pulled her closer and went to sleep myself.
