Scarlett's POV:

I'm practically running through the airport to get to George so he can reunite me with my family! This is my last visit home before I'm back for good. I've got two full days before I fly back to Budapest on Sunday. Then it's only 13 days until I'm back permanently, and I can't wait.

Though, as hard as it's been to be away from my family, I've actually loved filming. The cast and crew are amazing, and I've become close friends with Flo. I'm in the best shape that I've been for a while and I'm really enjoying the stunt elements to the movie. I love that there is a lot of action, but it's varied, it's not always some big, long fight. There are intricacies to each action scene.

The cast has been great at keeping my mind occupied and we spend a lot of time together away from set. Rachel is in a similar boat to me and is away from her family. We often are sharing photos of our kids and chatting about them. It helps both of us to miss them, but in a healthy way.

I cannot tell you how much I love but also hate facetime. It's amazing that I can see Y/n and Ava every day and I can also see the bump and how much it's growing. But I hate the fact that I can't reach through and hug them to comfort them. It's made this time away more bearable though and allowed me to read bedtime stories every night, well morning for me. It's probably been the only thing to keep me sane.

But in this moment, I cannot wait to get out of this airport and be back home. "Hi George!" I greet my driver at arrivals. "Hi Scarlett, did you have a nice flight?" He asks, chuckling as I'm subtly nudging him to get moving. "It was long, but I'm finally home." I respond and he nods, taking my bag from me. "Let's get you back to the family then." He smiles, navigating me through the airport and to the car in the parking lot.

We chat the whole journey home. Normally he would come with me when I'm working away from home, but I wanted him to be around for Y/n so she didn't have to worry about driving anywhere if Lizzie was busy. I must admit, I didn't actually think that she would use him that much. But he informs me that she has called upon his services a number of times and he's enjoyed seeing how she's progressing.

The car barely stops before I'm bolting out the passenger side and running to the door. It opens before I get there, and Ava is excitedly waiting to greet me. "Mama!" She shouts and meets me on the doorstep. I easily pick her up and wrap my arms around her, holding her close. "I missed you so much my little widow!" I say into her hair. "I missed you too mama, but it was only two weeks." She calls me out. "Well, it was two weeks too long!" I pout as I put her down whilst she laughs.

I look up to see Y/n in the doorway, looking over the interaction with a loving look. My eyes travel down to her bump, and I can't believe how big she's gotten since I was last home. "Wow, look at our little coconut!" I say, reaching forward and gently placing my hands on the bump. "My boy is getting so big!" I exclaim, my eyes wide with happiness. "Oh, hello my lovely wife. I missed you too." Y/n mimics, getting my attention. "I forgot I'm just the vessel." She huffs, making me stifle a laugh.

I stand up and cup her face and pull her down, so her lips meet mine in a passionate kiss. "I missed you most." I whisper quietly, so not to upset our daughter. "Hmm. I'm not sure I believe that." She mumbles. Instead of using words to show her, I press my lips to hers again and slip my tongue in her mouth, drawing out a quiet moan. Her hands instantly move to my hips to balance herself and I smirk at her reaction. "You may need to remind me of that whilst you're home." She grins, her eyes still closed. "I think I can do that." I respond quietly, pecking her lips once more before finally entering the house.

"Come sit down and rest, Lizzie made some dinner before she went to work this afternoon. I just need to heat it up." Y/n tells me as her hands links within mine and guides me into the living room. But I stop and pull her towards the kitchen. "I'll do it babe, you sit down." I try to tell her, but she shakes her head. "You've spent a day travelling. I can reheat some food." She replies firmly. "Fine, but I'm staying in here to watch you." I state and she chuckles.
