Scarlett's POV:

This last week has consisted of making sure that we had told everyone, that we wanted to, the news. Although we don't plan on making any announcement anytime soon, we know there is a chance it might get out and we didn't want that to be the way some of our friends found out.

Tom and Zendaya were next on the list, and they were both so excited. Tom reverted into being child like and was rambling on about how he's going to convert them into a Spurs fan before Y/n can convince them to support Liverpool. But they were both really supportive of us and are both in LA for at least the next few months, so have offered to help out as much as they can.

Zendaya especially as she knows that I'll be out on our press tour for a couple of weeks and I'm not comfortable having Y/n travel and being in a different city every day. It's important that she gets time to rest. For me, it's a real relief knowing that she'll have people like Zendaya, Sophie and Elsa around her for support, as well as her mom.

Evans and Hemsworth were next, and they started arguing over the baby being a boy or a girl. Hemsworth is adamant it's a boy whilst Evans thinks it's certainly a girl. Elsa just shook her head at their antics, leaving them to their childish behaviour whilst chatting with us.

Some of the cast that I wanted to tell aren't in LA, so we had to do it over text, so I sent them a WhatsApp with a picture of the ultrasound, writing "Baby Johansson due 14 Aug 2019." We had lots of excited responses and we both feel happy now that everyone we want to know, knows. Now if it does manage to get out, it's not the end of the world.

Though, I do worry about when the public do eventually know. I don't like the idea of the press hounding Y/n, especially if I'm not there. I hate the thought that I wouldn't be there to protect her. I just hope we can keep this private until we're approaching the Endgame premiere. I want Y/n by my side for my last Avengers outing, but I know that there is no way she'd be able to hide her bump at that point. But for now, we have at least another two months of enjoying the peace.

Today, we're planning to start on the nursery. The plan is to turn the room next door to ours into the perfect little space for our perfect little bundle of joy. "I think we should do some neutral colours. Maybe some greens and yellows?" Y/n suggests, looking online for some inspiration. "It should be a zoo." Ava chimes in from her spot on the sofa.

"That's not actually a bad idea." Y/n responds but I look at her shocked. "Not a literal zoo." She defends. "Maybe like animal themed. We could have a have some of the animals painted on the walls. Go for like oak wood furniture so it feels a little jungle like, but we could mute the tones a little." She explains her thought process and I actually really love that idea. "We can go to the zoo and get ideas and buy toys for the baby." Ava suggests. Any excuse for her to get to visit her favourite place. Though that actually would be a fun idea. "Great idea bubs. We could go next weekend." I suggest and she jumps excited.

I return to look for some inspiration on my laptop, Pinterest my new favourite place! "How about panelling on one of the walls with tree wallpaper above it. Then go for a neutral colour on the rest of the walls and decorate them with the different animals. We could hire someone to come and paint what we want." I think out loud. "That sounds perfect. We can order the panels to be custom cut to fit the wall. It would only take me probably a day to get the wallpaper up and then the panelling on the wall." She shares but I instantly frown.

"Are you sure you should be doing all that?" I ask her with a worried tone. Noticing that, she turns to me and places her own laptop on the table in front of her. "It won't be too strenuous. I can ask Tom to come and help to do the heavy lifting. But it would be nice to work on the nursery." She tries to reassure me, but I'm not convinced. "You can be there to oversee us and if you're not happy, then I'll stop." She tries to compromise.
