"I will send you off one last time" [Global Examination]

Can this even be considered a break?

Everyone just stared at Qin Jiu incredulously.

The room was so quiet, one could hear a pin drop.

"That's what you got out of this!?" Invigilator F finally  yelled, wanting to scold Qin Jiu for being insensitive... before he realized what Qin Jiu had just said, "Wait, hold up!? It was you!? And A!?"

Ignoring all the other protests that had sprung up from all the other fifty invigilators, Qin Jiu kept his gaze locked on You Huo, being uncharacteristically quiet. 

His dark gaze bore into You Huo, but Invigilator A was barely fazed in the slightest, leaning back with his arms crossed, as if he were in some kind of important meeting, and not like some kind of scandal involving him had just been broadcast to every single invigilator and countless examinees.

You Huo just gazed at Qin Jiu out of the corner of his eye, before grabbing his arm, shutting him up immediately, hauling him to his feet. Qin Jiu didn't even have time to protest, not that he would, anyways, being manhandled by Mr A, before being yanked out of the room with the dignity of a sack of potatoes.

The colour completely drained from 154's face as he tried to piece everything together.

You Huo and Qin Jiu!?

Together!?

In a relationship!?

This realization was just too much for him to handle.

No wonder the System had acted like it had a ten foot pole shoved up its ass when You Huo and Qin Jiu had attempted to share a room in the Romani exam...

154 felt faint, and he couldn't stop himself from leaning back against Wen Yuan to stabilize himself. Internally, he wished he could pass the fuck out like Gao Qi.

Wen Yuan simply tightened his grip on the younger man, looking as pale as a ghost, his eyes looking but not seeing, almost akin to a computer that had encountered the blue screen of death.

The others weren't much better off either.

Shu Xue's gaze constantly flickered between You Huo and Qin Jiu, looking at one, then the other, while 078's eyes were open so wide, his eyeballs looking like they were just about to pop out of their sockets.

Even 021 was unable to keep her composure, her jaw hanging slightly as she blinked periodically, trying to comprehend everything that was going on.

They were only startled out of their stupor when Chu Yue waved her arm towards the other examinees, "Hey, I called for a break, do you guys mind-"

Before she could even finish her sentence, most of the examinees, as well as all the reserve invigilators, had already shot to their feet, and they all filed out of the room quickly and efficiently without so much as a glance back at them.

154 and 021  literally had to drag Wen Yuan and 078, who all both looked like they had lost their souls, out of the room.

Chu Yue just blinked, before she sighed with a bit of a strained smile, "Alright, then?"

"..."

"Z, surely you can't be okay with this... Z?" 

Several invigilators turned to Chu Yue, who was casually twirling a lock of hair around her finger, looking fondly at You Huo and Qin Jiu... before their faces all promptly turned pale.

Chu Yue was also a Head Invigilator, though their scopes of authority were slightly different. She usually let You Huo take the spotlight, while she worked on things in the background, but her strength were on par with You Huo.
