Shangri La Pt. 1

38: Reunion

"Everyone, make way for members of the White Lotus Organization's arrival!!!" a soldier screamed as he ran through the streets of the city while leading the way towards the direction of the palace. 

The second everyone heard such words, they sprang back and away from the streets to watch as a group of masked and cloaked people took the path. 

All these cloaked people appeared the same, wearing black cloaks that covered them from head to toe, and a black mask with a white lotus painted onto it to signify such importance. Many of them had swords and other weapons in hand, but they all remained silent as they marched to the palace in a hurry.

Soon, when the small crowd of cloaked people took the bridge and up the steps, the soldiers of the palace became more alert and stood as straight as they could as the group passed. 

"What the– Who're those guys?" 

"Don't know, and why're they all masked?" Kirishima and Kaminari questioned as Katsuki remained to watch with unassurance as to who these people could possibly be. 

"Just who the hell are these guys?" 

"All of you line up!!!" Gin screamed, making the blond Captain and all the knights flinch by the strict tone that they jumped to attention and stood in a straight line. 

"Yah– Why the hell are you taking command? You should've just told me and I would've–" 

"You don't know the people that are about to arrive like I do." Gin interrupted. 

"Ah– Huh?" 

'Believe me, Katsuki, you don't know the things are about to happen now that they're here.' the silver-haired man thought as he glared over at the group of masked people.

"Ha ha~! Welcome White Lotus'! It is such an honor to have you in our presence." the Emperor announced as he clasped his hands together while making a subtle bow to the group. 

And just when everyone witnessing was expecting to hear someone in the group say something to acknowledge the Emperor, it remained silent at the front entrance of the palace. 

"Ah– Hahahahaha~ You all must be quite parched that you can't even speak, I understand! It was also brought to my attention that you requested to see the Great Pisces as soon as possible, which I understand very well. The Great Pisces is quite a savior to us here, and you have every right to see them more than anything else. Now then, have the White Lotus' be escorted straight to the temple where the Great Pisces resides." the Emperor commanded as one of the soldiers stepped up and took charge escorting the group.

Soon, the small group were beginning to leave all the Todoroki Knight's sight as they stood in awe at what they just witnessed. 

"Woah– What was that?" 

"No idea. Do you know, Bakugo?" 

"Not a clue. Ah– But you know, don't you, Gi–" 

Just as the blond was turning his attention to where he was expecting to see the silver-haired man, he wasn't there. 

"Wah– Where the hell did he go?!?"

"Hmph– Quite a surprise for the first greeting." the Emperor muttered. 

"Father." 

"Hm? Ah~ My dear precious Momo~ Ah– And the Young Prince as well, it seems both of you came here together?"
