"Oh, and you're sweating quite a lot. Don't tell me your shoulder injury has caused this? Come inside, let me look at your wound and I'll treat it." she demanded as she grabbed hold of his hand and pulled him into the shed without a second thought.
It appeared that Katsuki should've taken the luck that Gin tried to give him, because now he thought he was about to lose it.
'How the fuck did this happen?' Katsuki thought as his robes were already taken off his arms and chest to reveal his bandaged shoulder while he sat in that shed.
Just a few minutes ago, he was confident and wasn't wavering about the goal he had in mind, but now all of that washed away the second he saw this greenette and how she seemed worried about him.
'What the fuck's happened to me to make me lose my cool, badass self just from her?!?!' he yelled in his head.
"I can tell it must've been uncomfortable with those bandages on your shoulder since you have such dark bags under your eyes. Am I right?" Izumi questioned, making him jerk to sit up straight.
"Y-Yeah, they've been itchy," he muttered.
"That's normal, but I'm surprised you didn't change them during this past week. They could've caused an infection for your wound if not changed often, but I think you should be safe since I burned your wound closed. Now let's see how your shoulder is doing." she stated as she sat in front of the blond and began to undo the bandages on his shoulder and bicep.
While she was undoing the bandages, Katsuki forced himself to shut his eyes in case he decided to do something stupid.
"Hm? Was it that uncomfortable for you to have these bandages?" Izumi asked, noticing how tightly closed his eyes were.
"I-I'm fine, it doesn't bother me at all."
'I just don't need to be thinking something stupid or I'm gonna do something stupid.' he thought as he gulped while keeping his eyes shut.
"Let's see~ Oh– It seems your wound has completely healed, take a look." she suggested, leading the blond to carefully peek his eyes open to shift his attention to his left shoulder and see the massive burned scar covering half his chest.
"The good thing is that you won't need to wear bandages anymore since your wound has healed completely, even though you now have a massive scar as proof." the greenette noted.
Though Katsuki was used to having scars on his body, this one seemed to be different from the rest of his past scars. This scar was different because it was Izumi that healed him, and knowing that she was the one that took the time to fix his shoulder, he felt a bit... relieved.
"I was pretty surprised that you didn't pass out sooner when I was fixing your shoulder. You lost a lot of blood that I thought you'd have dropped any second, but you kept walking–with me helping you–until we got here." Izumi noted, catching his attention.
"I... Lost a lot of blood?"
"Mn. But I guess since you managed to withstand a poisonous arrow to your shoulder, something like this was nothing for you." she added as she stood up to her feet with the dirty bandages in a bowl in her hand. And as much as he was relieved to know it was Izumi that healed him, there was something on his mind.
"How... How did you know I got hurt?"
"Hm? Oh– I'd heard from some servants that I was passing by while working. The second I heard you were about to be involved in a fight, I stopped what I was doing and went to the training grounds to see the event. Oh– But of course I had to find a good spot to watch the full fight, so I hid in the storage shed that's a few feet from the training grounds. That's how I was able to stop you and suggest that I help you, but that was a pretty long walk back to here. I honestly thought I was gonna pass out." she laughed, as the blond Captain sat there processing her explanation.
