64: Devising

"W-Who– Who're you?" 

"Your worst nightmare."

'What? No way– I thought I was seeing things earlier, but... but Katsuki really is here. Wait– WHY IS HE HERE?!?!' Izumi thought as she tried not to make her reaction be read on her face. 

"N-No wait– How did someone like you know where the Jade Goddess was?!?! Erm– She's my property!" the old man exclaimed, catching both the blond and greenette's attention. 

Katsuki effortlessly cocked his head to the side and a smirk grew on his lips as he seemed to start getting agitated. 

"Your property? Doesn't look like she's fine with that when I heard her screaming to make you let go. So now I'm gonna ask..." he paused as he started to approach the older man with a menacing aura around him. 

"You wanna tell me the truth about what she is to you, or do I need to knock the living shit outta you to hear it?" Katsuki questioned as his Ruby red eyes were practically piercing through the old man's soul. 

"I-I–" 

"Heh– Didn't think so."

Wham!

Katsuki knocked the old man out before another word could be said and the old man dropped to the floor before the blond. 

"Hah~ If he didn't do anything stupid, I would've hid a little longer." 

"K-Katsu–" 

"Hm?" 

Soon, the blond shifted his gaze up to the greenette to see how afraid she was even when her cheeks were blushing sweetly and she seemed on guard of him. Even when she was wearing makeup and her hair and eyes were a different shade of green, and even the fact that she was wearing robes that were dripping with high quality and royalty, Katsuki could look past all that and see just how pretty she was now that he was much closer to her. 

"Y-You– You're–" 

"Ah– Ha– Even in disguise, you still can't act like you don't know me." he joked, making her flinch.

"I-I– Who else do I know that would just come out of nowhere to save me?" she mumbled as she tried to avert her eyes from him with her arms crossed. 

Seeing how shy she became in seconds pleased him, and all he wanted to do at this point was grab hold of her and kiss her body until he was satisfied. But as much as the thought could possibly happen, he had to face reality once more and know that the situation was a lot different right now. 

"Uh huh– And does that mean you have to wear a disguise like this too?" 

"Ah– I– W-What're you doing here then?!?!" 

"Kinda late to ask me that now, isn't it. Not just that, but shouldn't I be askin' you that first? You really think that what you're doing right now is a good idea without someone watching out for you?" Katsuki questioned.

"A-Ah– W-Well– I-I just thought–" 

"Hah~ To be honest, I followed you all the way here, but didn't think you'd be doing something like this. Now that I know you're doing something like this that's dangerous, we're going back." Katsuki interrupted as he then took grasp of her wrist and was about to pull her to follow behind him. 

"Ah– W-Wait! I can't just leave like this! Not on my first day!" 

"Then what? You think something like this ain't gonna happen again, and again, and more after that?" Katsuki growled as he turned back to face her. In an instant her expression reaped with fear for his reaction that she had to turn her face away from him.
