"Then what kind of power was in the King's heart to make the Empress turn completely human?"

"Your Majesty... have you ever heard of the Six Sacred Gems?"

Shoto had never heard of something like this before, and it was clear that he didn't as the expression on his face went blank and completely puzzled.

"I-I–"

"The Six Sacred Gems are known to be six different clans that used gemstones that are embodied in people of the clan. Each clan is different as it uses a different elemental power, and every member of that clan is to use that same element even if the power or strength is measured differently. Though this all may sound quite surreal to you, your family is known to carry 2 different clans in their bloodline." Zeri answered.

Just hearing that answer, Shoto knew exactly what she was talking about, but this was the first time he'd ever heard it be called something like this.

"M-My– My Family?"

"Mn. Your father; the King, carries the Ruby Clan's bloodline–which uses fire–and your mother carries the Diamond Clan's–which uses ice."

Shoto's heart dropped, as he could only remember the painful memories of when he was a child flash before his eyes. Just the sight of his father clearly wielding flames of bright red in his hands while standing before him only made Shoto's eyes dilate and his body started to shake.

"Ah– Uh, Zeri, I don't think it was a good idea to mention that~" Ray pointed out. Zeri focused all of her attention on the Prince and could tell that whatever she said must've caused some kind of shock or trauma.

"Ah– Your Majesty– Your Majesty!" Shoto couldn't speak as the four White Lotus' ran up to him to check what was wrong.

"Your Majesty– Breathe!!!"

"Please breathe, Your Majesty!!!"

His body was in a state of shock that he was unsure of how to breathe or even think at this point. His eyes shook furiously to the point of causing his entire sight to go blurry right in front of him.

But for some strange reason, he suddenly caught a glimpse of someone he imagined standing before him.

"Shoto!"

The voice of the Princess echoed through his mind and he could finally see his vision again. Just imagining her standing in front of him–and how she gave off a warm smile–eased his mind and body to the point that he started to take in deep breaths as his body continued shaking as if he was cold.

"Slow breath's, Your Majesty."

"I don't think that's normal, right?" Ray noted.

"No, and I think it would be best if we let the Prince rest for the night. We shouldn't force him to ask us anymore until he's well rested." Uma suggested.

"Ah– But–"

"He clearly has some trauma that he doesn't want to share with us, and it would be best if we didn't try to intrude on that. He's already taken in a lot of information today, we shouldn't overload him with any more, especially if it revolves around the Gems." Uma explained.

"I– Hah~ Right, let's do that and let him calm his thoughts. Would that be alright with you, Your Majesty?"

"'Huff' Y-Yes... Let's– 'Huff' Let's do that..." he breathed.

The four of them could only feel worried for the Young Prince, as this was something they'd least expected to see of him, but they knew that this wasn't the first they've seen a royal break down like this.
