( Note: This chapter is basically just an information chapter as it explains the beginning of one of my future books that I have in mind that I want to finish writing and soon publishing in the future; The White Lotus. Enjoy! )

After traveling all the way through the East and past the West, the Prince and members of the White Lotus Organization had managed to get to the ship docking port and get a ship headed straight for the Betta Kingdom. Though Shoto was still unaware of just how serious things truly were, he knew that now that they were on a ship heading to a Kingdom–he'd never heard of before–would be the right time to know the truth.

"You all said that I wouldn't know everything until later, so I'm assuming that now we're on a ship heading to this Kingdom, I should know what I don't know already, right?" Shoto questioned.

The four members of the White Lotus all looked at each other knowing that it was either now or never that the Prince would know the truth.

"I suppose the time would be right for now. Very well, Your Majesty, so I must ask you this first. Do you know why we–the White Lotus Organization exists?" Zeri questioned.

Of course Shoto knew that the answer he would give wouldn't be 100% accurate, he should at least give some kind of answer.

"I– It's to make sure both the West and the East are considered equal on both sides, meaning no harm or war to be done." he answered.

"I mean, you're not wrong, but it's not entirely true." Ray pointed out.

"Okay, then what is the truth?"

"Well it's clear that you know of the war that concluded not too long ago between the East and the West as you took part in it."

"I did."

"But do you know of the War that happened before this one?"

"Ah– I– I don't."

"It was called the Great Sea War." Uma noted.

"Hm? The Great Sea War? Should I assume that this war that you're talking about was a war involving the fish people the Great Pisces spoke to me about?"

"And~ You're sort of correct on that part too, but no." Ray hummed.

"The Great Sea War was not a war of human versus fish people–no–it was a war of fish people against fish people." Zeri added.

"Hm? A war of one species against another, then how many fish people are there?"

"More than you can believe."

"Ah–"

"For starters, there are different kinds of fish people, as they all come in all different shapes and sizes. And not only are there different kinds of fish people, but also different kinds of species they live in."

"Different... species?"

"There are mainly two different kinds of species, and it all has to do with water. There's the Saltwater and the Freshwater." Zeri stated.

"Salt and... Fresh?"

"Y'know how elements can't mix together or they end up destroying the other, it's the same when it comes to the species of Salt and Freshwater fish people." Ray clarified. But even with that kind of answer, Shoto could only stand there unsure of what he's been told.

"Hah~ Let me clarify this even more. Before you were even born, there were 2 countries that existed before your country of the West and the East decided to take place. These two countries were ruled by two different kinds of fish people species; the Freshwater and the Saltwater. To go even further, there were four Kingdoms total between these two countries; The Betta's, the Arctic's, the Atlan's and the Koi. Though you would think both countries would have 2 Kingdoms in each, there was not, as the Saltwater country was ruled by the Betta's, the Arctic's and the Atlan's. Meanwhile, the Freshwater country was only ruled by one Kingdom; the Koi." Zeri explained.
