Andrew's POV

I was two seconds away from screaming until one of the girls put their hands to my mouth.

"No, no, no, no. Please don't scream. I know this is frightening but I promise we come in peace. We just wanted to ask you a few questions since you are interested in our sister." Sister? The more I look, the more I see the resemblance to Violeta. I remember her saying that she had family here. I wasn't thinking I was going to meet them this soon but okay.

"If I remove my hand, will you scream?" I shake my head no and she sighs, removing her hand.

"Can I just ask how the hell did I end up here?" I ask once I am free to speak. They all look at each other and started to whisper.

"Crezi că știe?" One of the sisters asks. (Do you think he knows?)

"Nu știu. Mă îndoiesc că Violeta i-a spus ceva de când tocmai au avut prima întâlnire." (I don't know. I doubt Violeta has told him anything since they just had their first date.)

"Îi spionai? La naiba, Andrei!" The other sister yells. (Were you spying on them? Damn it, Andrei!)

"Frate, nu e grozav." The other brother says, shaking his head. (Bro, that's not cool.)

"De parcă nici tu n-ai fi fost curios." Andrei argues. (Like, you weren't curious either.)

"Hei, în afara subiectului aici. Deci, nu crezi că știe că suntem vampiri?" The first sister asks in a softer tone. (Hey, getting off topic here. So, you don't think he knows we're vampires?)

"În nici un caz. Dar să vedem ce știe și să sperăm că Violeta nu se supără prea tare pe noi." Andrei confirms. (No way. But let's just see what he knows and hope that Violeta doesn't get too mad at us.) They all nod and turn back to me. 

"So..." I'm guessing they don't know my name.

"Andrew," I answer.

"Andrew! So, Andrew, how exactly did you meet our sister?" The first sister asks. I must get their names first.

"Before I answer that question, I need two of mine answered. One, what are your names, and two, can you please untie me?" I ask.

"Ah, right. Sorry. Well, I'm Camelia. This one here is Andrei, the other girl is Daciana, and the other guy here is Neculai," the first sister, known as Camelia, answered while untying me. I rub my wrists and nod.

"Right. I got it. As far as me meeting your sister, she's the student teacher in my languages around the world lecture at university," I answer.

"Ah, so, you're an omniglot like our sister?" Neculai asks.

"Yes, I am. I'm fluent in multiple languages," I say. They all start to look nervous.

"Really? And um, what would those languages be?" Daciana questions nervously.

"Well, Japanese, Spanish, Greek, Italian, and Romanian." I cross my legs and arms. Their faces got more pale than they already were.

"So, you knew what were saying?" Andrei asks.

"Yup. So, now that we got that out of the way, let's get a few things straight. You and Violeta are all vampires?" They nod. 

"And I am her soulmate, the one that gets to be with her forever, right?" They nod again.

"And she has no idea that you kidnapped her mate before she had the chance to bring over and ease the fact of her and her family being vampires because you wanted to see if I was right for her, right?" I was getting more and more aggravated as I ask these questions.
