So, we are officially midway through the zodiac series. We are now at Virgo! Whoo!
So, Virgos are known for their meticulous attention to detail and their deep sense of humanity, which makes them one of the most caring signs of the zodiac. Their methodical approach to love and life ensures that nothing is left to chance. Although they can be tender, they may keep their heart closed to the outer world. This sign is often misunderstood not because they lack the ability to express themselves, but because they don't always trust their feelings and tend to prioritize reason over emotions. Their Greek Goddess is Hestia. Hestia, the goddess of hearth and home, aligns with Virgo's practical and caring demeanor. Just as Hestia tended to the sacred flame, Virgos diligently cared for their surroundings and loved ones, ensuring a harmonious home environment.

Xenia's POV
I finish typing a new floorplan for the house I am working on when I hear the doorbell ring.
"Coming!" I leave my office and walk to the front door, to reveal my sister and her two kids.
"Auntie X!" They run up to me and hug me tightly. I bend down and hug them back.
"Hey, kiddos. What a lovely surprise." I looked up at my sister and she was not staring at me. Her hair was covering her face on one side. Yeah, nope. "Hey, kids, why don't you go into the playroom and have fun for a little while? I need to talk to Mommy." They both nod before running off to the playroom I made for them. I stand up and cross my arms. "Office. Now." She knew she couldn't get away from this so she went to my office and I followed her, closing the door.
"Xen, before you say anything..."
"Let me see your face. Show me." She sighed heavily before moving her hair out of her face, revealing a massive black eye and a split lip. I could feel my anger start to boil.
"Xen, please..."
"Why? Why do you stay with him when he does this to you?" I ask her. She just looks down and I see her shoulders start to shake as she cries. My heart breaks. This is my little sister. She is someone I have taken care of almost my entire life. I always made sure that our home life was happy, safe, and flourishing. She's so much smarter than this. I walked up to her and hugged her tightly.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry I didn't listen! Please forgive me!" She sobs harder and loses her strength in her legs and collapses on me. I held her and we sank to the floor.
"Don't apologize. I'm just happy that you are here and not there. Now, let me see what I can do about that black eye. But first." I grabbed my phone and took pictures of her face so we have evidence against that son of a...No, no. Let me calm down.
I placed my hand on her face and closed my eyes, imagining her black eye and wanting it healed. My hand got warm and Rissa gasped at the warmth. I murmured a healing incantation and her face healed up nicely within seconds. I opened my eyes and saw tears in her eyes.
"Rissa..." She covered her face and sobbed.
"I'm a failure as a mother. I can't keep myself safe, I can't keep my kids safe, and I'm a failure as a human being," she sobs.
"You are not. You are a great mother and human being. You made a mistake. Mistakes happen. Things are a little complicated now because you have kids with him but that doesn't mean we are down and out. You and the kids stay here with me for a while while I gather all the necessary information to make sure this scumbag goes to jail for the rest of his life."
