Tenten get's screen time, The bone warrior

Tenten is about to begin her battle while Naruto get's closer to saving Sasuke

Tenten turned around sensing a new foe approaching. "Tenten come on hurry up." shouted Naruto as he continued to chase after Sasuke newfound kidnapper.

"Go ahead Naruto. I sense that we have an enemy on our tail." shouted back Tenten. Naruto only nodded as he sped off hoping that this didn't mean some of his friends had failed.

Tenten began to set traps while she waited for whoever it was to arrive for battle. Soon as Tenten placed down the last ninja wires her foe appeared riding on a bird of ink.

"So that's the guy that's been following us." thought Tenten looking up at her opponent. Tenten opened the battle by throwing 5 kunais at Sai forcing him to dodge.

But Sai didn't seem to care only for him to see his bird start to get sliced up as he tried to move out of the area. "Ninja wire she's trying to force me to fight her. But if I just head back right now there shouldn't be any wire." thought Sai.

Sai turned around as he began to head towards where he entered the battle from. He kept on dodging minor attacks from Tenten until he reached where he entered from only to see it also covered in ninja wire.

He turned around hearing a laugh from Tenten. "I never miss each attack I've thrown so far set that up." she claimed putting Sai on edge. "If what she says is true then she must have good planning skills and amazing aim to pull something like that off." thought Sai.

Sai was forced to jump out of the way as she slammed down her iron staff onto the ground. Sai was soon forced to run as Tenten began to chase after him.

"Damit, she has amazing aim with her kunai and shuriken and skill with her staff so looks like I can't just try close up." thought Sai as he drew his two Tanto.

"So, he also has close range abilities." thought Tenten as she locked her staff with one of Sai's Tanto. Sai struck out with his second blade forcing Tenten back as she thought of her next plan.

"The staff isn't any good with more than one blade so guess I got to change again." planned Tenten as tore out a sealing scroll with one of her hands.

Pouring a slight bit of charka into it she shot out dozens of senbons each one with a smoke bomb tied onto its end. As the smoke bombs went off Sai got on guard waiting for the next attack only for him to hear Tenten drawing her next weapon.

Tenten had resealed her staff while she drew her next weapon, a simple thing of multiple kunais tied onto a thick piece of ninja wire. Sai looked on at the weapon as he lifted his blades for battle.

Tenten with a slight twist of her wrist sent her odd weapon twisting around Sai which he easily countered with an out stretch blade. That was just the opening Tenten was looking for as she threw her hidden shuriken.

Sai blocked with his second blade as Tenten smirked. "Akright this might be my only opening make it count." planed Tenten as she leapt at Sai.

Sai did his best to move his blades back in time to defend but he was just too slow. Tenten landed a deadly kick on Sai throwing him into the ninja wire that began to cut through his flesh.

"You gave me just enough time." smirked Sai yanking out his drawing scroll as he applied charka into one of his many drawings. Tenten was forced back by the sudden attack of an ink bird.

Sai rushed forth his tantos in hand as his ink bird kept forcing Tenten to retreat. "Alright I finally got good footing let's kill this damn bird." thought Tenten as she unleased a swing of her weapon at the bird.
