Kakuza and Hidan part 1

My finals are all done at long last so this part has actually been proof read. It's a fun little part and I hope you all enjoy.

Shino along with Ino and Hinata hurriedly entered the hotel trying to catch their breath. "Sensei-" began Ino only to be cut off. "Guys you still had more than enough time to get back no need to run," said Asuma, his eyes drifting to one of the conners of the room. "Sorry Asuma-Sensei guess we misheard when you wanted us back by," said Shino realizing what Asuma meant. "Don't worry about it. It's not like it's that important," said Asuma giving them a big thumbs up.

Ino's eyes widened as in a second, she flashed through hand signs. "Is everyone in?" asked Asuma in their combined thoughts. A series of yes filtered through his mind. "Alright everyone keep on acting as normal, as you give me your report." "I found out where the two tails is-" began Kurenai only to be cut off.

"So have we. We overheard someone that could only be part of the Akatsuki finding out." interrupted Ino. "Troublesome. If the Akatsuki already knows where she is we're going to have to get onto the move now." "Not like it matters. I already know defeated one all on my own," boasted Kiba. "Kiba while you are strong, even I find that doubtful," said Hinata.

"I have a feeling your doubt is well placed," muttered Shino in their shared minds. Since it was a shared mind though everyone heard it. "Are you calling me a liar you bug lover," raged Kiba. "No, Kiba he's saying that we have no real way of knowing if that's true," explained Kurenai.

"Her doubt is well placed either way. Kiba only hit him because I grabbed his shadow. If I didn't, I doubt Kiba would be standing before us right now." "I don't think that attack even beat him. He just felt so strong. I don't think even Asuma-Sensei could kill him." added Choji as he shivered. "Nah I could have definitely beaten him if we stayed." "Then what would you have done about the second one?" questioned Shikamaru with a slight smirk.

"Did the second one have piercing green eyes and dark hair?" asked Shino. "...Yeah," answered Choji slowly. "Then Kiba would have died. He has more charka than even Asuma-Sensei and I could just feel that he was stronger." "We knew he was at an S-rank so that isn't really surprising. What we need to worry about now is how to stop them." stated Asuma.

"We can't leave today though, so can we even get there in time?" questioned Kurenai. "Huh why can't we leave yet Sensei?" asked Hinata. "Well, we've only been here for a day. We don't have any reason to leave right now especially when it's already fairly late to start a journey," explained Kurenai. "If we can't start today then we're going to have to really move tomorrow," said Ino.

"Indeed, I'm not even sure if we both started at the same time that we could beat them there," said Shino. "Then we need to hope that the Two Tails on her own can beat them," said Asuma grimly. "Not necessarily Sensei," said Shikamaru. "Huh what do you mean?" asked Ino. She was used to Shikamaru coming up with amazing plans on the fly, but not even she could see what he might think up.

"Sensei do you remember the last game we played of Shogi?" asked Shikamaru. "Of course, you beat me just like you normally do. You sacrificed a lot pieces until I forgot to worry about defending and then you countered taking my king in just two moves. But what-No way you don't mean-"

"Yes, I do," interrupted Shikamaru. "We need to sacrifice our best piece in order to counter. We have no chance of getting there before they do. They will likely win their battle against her. Through the kidnapping of Gaara though we know they need her alive. So, after the fight while they're weaken, we can strike. The issue is that with our best pieces gone we can't afford to fail. If this counterattack doesn't work, the Akatsuki is up 2:0," He explained his tone grim like that of a general addressing his troops.
