Chapter Sixty-One

It's been sixteen hours since they arrived in London. The Osborn townhouse on Mayfair was stunningly gorgeous and so expansive that they each got their own room to stay in - which the privacy helped out with Mary Jane's excuse surrounding the lie to go see her father.
Michelle and Ned covered for her on that front - telling the others hours after a quick rest upon arrival that they saw MJ leave to go visit with her dad. But in reality, she hid away in the closed bedroom that was assigned to her. She spent the hours on Michelle's phone, which the other girl had graciously lent to her while commenting that she would simply be reading her book instead if they weren't going out to explore the city.
While they were out, Mary Jane went onto Michelle's Instagram account and looked up Peter's new Spider-Man Profile. She didn't have a chance to see the repercussions of Spider-Man's words. Peter hadn't really wanted to see the reaction to the video that he posted... but Mary Jane was curious enough for the both of them. Enough to slyly scope out the comment section.
