Y/N was staring at him, open mouthed and eyes wide. God, he loved those eyes. They were absolutely stunning. "You want to kiss me?" She sounded shocked. Spencer cursed himself in his head. He'd said something wrong. She didn't want to kiss him, he completely misread her attitude, She was going to leave him standing here, she didn't-
He let out a quiet yelp as he felt her hand on the back of his head, yanking his lips to be level with hers. He was relatively new to kissing still, but he knew this was the greatest kiss of his life. He quickly tightened his arms around Y/N, leaning to make it easier to keep their lips locked. Reid had no clue how long the two of them stood there kissing, but when he pulled away, he immediately wanted to close the gap between them again. As far as he was concerned, kissing Y/N felt better than any book he'd ever read.
Spencer rested his forehead on Y/N's and let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding. "I've wanted to do that for six months," he whispered. "I've never been kissed and had it feel like they meant it before," Y/N replied. "I think that was the first time I've been kissed by someone who actually loved me." Spencer cupped her cheeks in his hands. "That's..." Awful. Disgusting. Sad. Angering. He wanted to shoot everyone who had ever made the person in front of him cry. He wanted to kiss her again. He wanted to go home and fall asleep with her in his arms and wake up to seeing her still there. "Spencer, thank you."
"For what?"
Y/N looked him in the eye. "For showing me love. It's been few and far in between in my life, and you make me feel happy, even if I don't understand it completely." Spencer kissed her forehead. "You're welcome. I understand that... if you ever want to talk to me, you know where to find me. And now you have my number. I'm here for you, Y/N," he promised.
