Chapter Eleven

Prom is a week away, and I still don't have a date. At this point I think I'm forever alone, but then again there's Sasuke. I like him then I don't. It doesn't even seem like he's interested in me and I'm over here acting like a dumb blond towards him.

It's Monday morning and I'm at school.

I sit down at a table looking around the common's area, nobody's really here this early in the school day. The only reason why I'm here this early anyways, is because i really don't want to be home. Probably still traumatized.

I really dont know what to do with my life at this point. Even though I'm a Senior, I shake my head at the thought of my future. I'm not really sure what I'm going to end up doing.

I hear a chair slide across the tile floor. So I naturally looked up to see who it was. I see Sasuke's about a foot away staring at me.

I look down immediately, and I acted like I was responding to a message on my phone.

"Hey Naruto, May I sit here?" he asked.

I look across the commons, they were plenty of seats not taken, even completely empty tables.

"Yeah, sure go for it." I tried to act cool.

"How are you?" he said smoothly.

"Tired obviously." What is he trying to accomplish with small talk? This isn't like him.

"Sorry to hear Naruto. I'm having an okay Morning."

Since when we were at a first name bases? Since when did we talk?

"Yeah.. and cool." I don't even know what to say. I feel like I'm sounding like an ass.

"I need help with my chemistry homework, so do you think you could help me with it"

Help with chemistry? Since when does he need help with doing something? Especially from me. I may be smart but not that smart. 

"Yeah, sure I'll help you"

"Sweet, I mean cool. Today after school?"

"Okay"

My phone started to buzz.

"Sorry I have to get this"

He nods.

"Hello?"

"Hey Naruto! It's Sakura"

"Obviously, This better be good."

"It is, So... I'm right behind you."

"I look behind me, and I see Sakura." I laugh.

"What are you doing?"

"Looking at Sasuke, Checking you out"

"What?!"  I said a little to loudly

"Good. Yeah,  Awesome. yeah. Okay. Bye Love you too." I hang up my phone.

I turn and look at Sasuke. 

"Sorry about that. That was my IMMATURE friend" I said immature in a louder voice, knowing she is listening to this conversation. 

"Oh I see, It's okay." He replied.

"Yeah. I have to go Sasuke, I'll talk to you in class, possibly. Bye"

"C'ya"

I Nervously ran away, to meet Sakura, Where she was stalking me at.

"So Naruto, are you guys dating yet?

I blushed when she said "Dating".

"No Sakura, We are not dating. It's only been like two days since I figured out I legit like him like that."
