She felt extremely guilty knowing how much pain she had caused Zenith, she had heard her crying silently the whole night, it was a nightmare, and knowing she was the main reason for it only made it harder, yes Paul did betray Zenith but it was her who seduced him to vent her lust, she thought as long as Zenith doesn't know after a few times spending with Paul it will be fine.

Lilia didn't reply, her opinion of Paul was neutral, and even if he were to apologize it wasn't going to change easily, she knew how Paul was and thus doubted if he cheated on Zenith earlier or not, obviously, she didn't know Paul hadn't cheated on Zenith earlier, but well after he easily accepted her advances she had suspicions.

She just replied," It doesn't matter to me Master Paul, I just hope you don't cause any more suffering to Mistress, she has suffered enough from our betrayal", he nodded hearing her words, he looked at her luggage and felt bad knowing there was a chance of her dying, he panicked for a bit and then said," Lilia you don't have to leave! I will persuade Zenith somehow, I will take the responsibility for you".

Lilia shook her head and said," No, I have to leave, my presence will just make Mistress suffer", Paul gulped his words, and they heard another voice," What you two are doing?!", Paul trembled and turned back to see his angry wife, he tried to reply but couldn't find words to utter, Lilia ashamed looked down and replied," Mistress I am leaving".

Zenith snorted angrily but feeling the coldness in the air, she quivered and finally, her expression melted a bit, she said," Paul! Go and get a carriage for her, so she can leave faster!", Lilia and Paul became surprised hearing that, Lilia trembled knowing Zenith was helping her and felt unworthy of such thing, even if she had betrayed her so badly she is still helping her!

Paul on the other hand understood Zenith's intentions and smiled a bit," Zenith I know you are angry with her, but letting her leave is inhumane why don't we let her stay till she gives birth?", he said knowing how weak his wife is to his soft words, unfortunately for him a glare from her was enough to shut him up.

Tears appeared in Zenith's eyes making them panic, she angrily shouted," If you really want her to stay then fine! But then I will leave the house!!", Paul became stunned and quickly coming towards her he said," No Zenith! No need to do such a thing! Please don't leave me, I can't bear living with you!", he hugged her while she broke in tears.
