WC: 1019 Kind of sappy imo

"Official Statement from Lee Minho and Han Jisung:

With the increase of accusations, we, Lee Minho and Han Jisung, with the support of our company, JYP Entertainment, would like to confirm our relationship. We have been in a long-term relationship that has spanned the recent year. Not wanting to give false hope to our Stay, we wished to see if our relationship would continue to grow and blossom. We hope with your support, we can continue as your Stray Kids Lee Know and Han, giving our all to our fans and Stray Kids. In our upcoming comeback, we hope to show you our continued effort in our music."

Jisung relaxed, enjoying the released statement better. However, he was dealing with a finicking hyung line and twin.

"What do you mean you got married without me?" Felix cried over the phone

Emitting a deep breath, "Exactly that, for the hundredth time! Lixie, I'm sorry. When we have our formal wedding, you'll be invited."

"Oh fuck that Han Jisung. I'm your fucking best man."

Biting his lip, "What about my brother?"

"Of course, he's invited, that would be rude not to."

The twin closed his eyes, trying not to lose any control that he had left. There wasn't much. "No, Lixie. My brother probably wants to be the best man."

Not taking the hint, "That's not his choice! It's yours!"

"I'm not fighting about this right now. I don't have the energy."

"We don't have to fight about it." Shocked at how offensive the boy became

Jisung stood, throwing the phone to Minho. "This was a mistake to think that any of you would understand anything." Leaving them in the living room, going to his room. He wanted the safety net of his blankets and stuffies.

Throwing himself on the bed, crawling under a blanket, reaching for the stuffie that Minho won him on one of their many dates. Feeling fresh tears fall. Repressing a groan once the door opened, he knew that Minho was coming to make him feel better. But he didn't want to feel better.

He wanted to wallow in self-pity and eat some cheesecake. It might make him feel worse right now. Future him could deal with his actions. Just like how he had been the one to be bold about eloping, but now he felt weak. Was it so wrong that he wanted just a few minutes to savor that feeling?

"Ji?" The bed shifted behind him, hearing Chan's soft voice

"What?"

"You don't have to talk. I have a few things to say. If that is okay with you." Chan positioned himself so he could cuddle the tiny boy

"As long as you don't expect a conversation."

"Never."

Jisung nodded once Chan only saw his hair move to let him know there was movement. Smiling softly at his first child, "Fine."

"Thank you." Cuddling tighter. "I know it seems like we are against this. We aren't. We are so happy for you and Minho. You will never understand how happy I am because you are happy. It was not a mistake to tell us we were trying to understand. That's all. Our concerns might come off as guarded. You went and got eloped without anyone knowing."

"Our parents knew."

Jisung heard a sigh of relief from his leader, "I didn't realize that. We never got that far. I'm glad they knew about it."

"We face-timed them, they saw it. We recorded it too. That way, everyone could see it. We wanted everyone to have the chance to see it." Jisung felt Chan hold him tighter

"I'd love to see it whenever you both are willing to show us. That answered and cleared a lot of my worries. I know manager-nim was harsh and out of line with how he handled the situation, but I will deal with him. It should not have been a battleground.

"Seeing Minho stand up for you, I knew, once he stood up for you, I wouldn't have to worry about either of you. But you should know that I will always support both of you and be in your corner. You were my first kiddo, my baby Jisung. You feel so much. You care for others to another level.

"Never think that anything you say or tell me is a mistake. We may disagree and have heated discussions, but at the end of the day, we are still family. You should not have to come to your room and feel alone. Minho is out there making sure that when you have your formal wedding. The planning is done by you two.

"I've never seen him so passionate. You can honestly see how much he cares about you. With what he is doing for you. It is a beautiful thing. I don't think I ever realized how deep your love was. That when you said you were soulmates. It wasn't a joke.

"You are. In everything you two do, it's for one another. I hope that you can forgive us while we process your next step. We are happy for you. We have an odd way of showing it. You should know that. But, we have no right to question either of you or the love you share."

Turning, he buried his face in Chan's chest. Tears staining the front of the elder's shirt, "Thanks, hyung."

"Of course, Jisung. Anything for you and Minho. You are my kids. I want you happy." Holding the sobbing boy, knowing he'd been trying to stay tough all day. Watching the door open, Minho walked in. He slipped behind the boy. The second eldest slotted himself into a big spoon, holding the younger from behind. Chan went to move away when Minho caught him.

"Will you stay? Please, hyung?" Minho looked over, tears in his own eyes.

"Of course." Wrapping his arm around the wed couple. Chan had allowed Jisung to roll over to face Minho, wishing he could do more. Hearing the door open and Changbin enter, he slipped behind his best friend. Changbin mimicked Chan, slinging his arm around the duo.

Not questioning anything, they allowed the pair to soak up the comfort. Awaiting what was to come in the following days.

I hope this helps to escape the chaos that is happening in the fandom. Please take care of yourselves and be kind to yourselves.

Until next time ~DQ
