Minho continued to rail the punching bag Changbin held. After the meeting, the boys were escorted back to the dorm. They had two weeks to leave the dorms for the foreseeable future. Within those two weeks, it had been a living hell. Jeongin cried, Felix sobbed. Jisung-, Minho hit the bag harder. He'd closed off, not even talking to him. They had at least found themselves an apartment close by. Minho still had photoshoots, but Jisung hardly had anything.
At this point, they weren't even sleeping in the same bed. Minho had tried but had given up, not wanting to push the younger. His parents only pitied him and he could not tolerate their actions.
"Hey, hyung. Hyung? Hyung!" Changbin finally gained the man's attention
"What?" He snapped
The younger male held the bag tighter. "You wanna talk? Before you break your hand?"
"Doesn't look like I'll need it any time soon. They didn't even give us a date we could come back or if we could return. We've been meeting you guys in secret! Sungie barely leaves his bed or bedroom. He's still writing, but his songs are heart-wrenching. We thought they were sad before! Fuck!" hitting the bag one last time, moving to lean on it. A sob broke from him, yet no tears fell.
"What do you need?" Changbin asked
"I don't know, Binnie." refusing to let the younger see his face, not wanting to burden the younger.
Changbin felt his heart break for his elder. He gently pulled him off the bag, giving the elder a better object to hug. "How about a hug from your best friend?" Minho nodded. He feared the shorter male would notice the tears that finally started cascading down his face. "We'll get through this. Chan is figuring this all out, you know that. We've planned to come to yours on Friday, which is only days away."
"Bring food. I'm not cooking for you scavengers."
"Oh! But, hyung!"
Finally, earning a small laugh, but any small victory Changbin would take. "Nope." Yet that happiness didn't last... "I hate this. We knew this could happen, but they hyped the results of the comeback. We thought we were safe! They didn't even give us a return date, which means they don't plan on bringing us back. The company will figure out how to break our contracts and separate our ties. Sever them and we'll be out. We planned. Yet, this is not what we expected." crying into the younger's shoulder.
The buff male did the only thing he could for the elder and hugged him. He couldn't hide his surprise at the outburst. At this moment, he knew Minho didn't have his typical outlet. "You haven't talked to Ji, have you?"
"How can I? He won't talk! I fear that he regrets all of this! Regrets dating me, marrying me! I knew this was a horrible idea. As the elder, I shouldn't have even brought up marrying him. I don't want to lose him. Bin, I can't lose Sungie! He's all I have. What if he walks away? I'll have nothing. My piece will be gone! I'll have to deal with the thoughts by myself. I won't have the group or my jagi."
Changbin did his best to calm him down, but it wasn't working. He did the only thing he thought would work and sent a quick message to Chan and Jisung. The younger male realized where Minho's headspace was. It had only been a month and a half. This couldn't go on! If his hatred for JYPE could grow, this was the breaking point. Reaching that spot then exploding the cover, like a broken thermometer. The mess this was causing wouldn't be fixable if something didn't happen.
"Hey, what's going on?" hearing their hyungs voice cut through the empty room
"You called Chan?" Minho pulled back, glaring at the younger.
The youngest male threw his hands up in defense. "You left me no choice. You need to talk to us! We can't help you if you don't let us in."
"Unfuckingbelievable." He ripped the gloves off and slammed them down, hurting his hand. "What I told you-. You know what? I'm leaving. We're not even supposed to be talking. Fuck this. I can't believe you!"
"Fuck this? Fuck you, Minho! You need help!" Changbin shouted back. He wasn't able to hold his emotions back anymore.
"I don't need anyone right now, clearly. I'm alone in this. You guys have the group while I'm left alone because not even Jisung, my husband, can stand to look at me or be in the same room!" He shouted back. "I can deal with whatever is going on just fine."
"Clearly not! You're slamming shit around and punching the bag for a good hour! Let us help you!" Changbin tried again, while Chan stayed out of it.
"Maybe I don't want the help. Maybe I want to wallow in my misery! No one has tried to contact me besides you, Binnie. There is no us. There is only me. Maybe if my own husband tries to talk to me again, it will turn around. But why bother trying anymore? Maybe it's time that I cut ties with everyone. Just go back home." Minho huffed out. He was tired and the situation was stressing him to a breaking point he didn't know he had.
"Don't do that, please?"
