For the most part, the fans were supportive. The ones that weren't were pushed away and continued to be covered by the fans who supported them. While the married couple didn't notice, their notorious ever-watchful leader saw it. Chan couldn't be happier with how their fans reacted and handled the situation.

After their first music show, the rest seemed like a walk in the park. The group enjoyed the interactions they had with Stay. The fan meets were just as fun. They had new adventures, and the duo's nerves were high until they noticed how well the comeback was going. While there were some disgruntled supporters, they were swiftly taken care of.

The company showed they were not tolerating the hate towards their artists. The group noticed for once the company was doing their respective jobs. It wasn't like they were given much of an option. With promotions slowing down, it was time to schedule a meeting. This meeting would go over whether they could continue or not.

In addition to this meeting, Chan had scheduled his meeting with the group afterward. The group inclined what it was about, yet they would hold their speculations to themselves. They were all more curious about what would happen at the company meeting.

With their last show, the group was given a couple of days to rest and recoup. Jisung and Minho arrived at the meeting with Chan. He was the first in the office.

"Hey. We're in this together," Minho murmured to Jisung, sensing his bouncing leg.

Jisung inhaled deeply, releasing it slowly. Leg finally stopped bouncing, at least for now. "I know. Just this room has bad memories. There was a lot of yelling. They weren't happy and wanted us to void our marriage."

The elder kissed his head. Minho remembered all too well that day over three months ago. It had been spring. Now, they were in the middle of the sweltering summer. It didn't matter how much time passed he would do the same. "I won't let that happen again. I'll fight anyone and anything they throw at us. Our pieces of the puzzle are scattered still. You know what?"

"What?"

"I have the most important one. I'm never losing that one. The rest can disappear like Atlantis, but the most important one is here with me."

Jisung tilted his head, confused. While Chan looked at the wall ahead of him, trying not to cringe. "What's that one?"

Minho let a chuckle fall from his lips, caressing the chubby cheek. "You, my pretty boy. You're that piece that always makes everything better. That will make it worth putting those pieces back together, time and time again."

"Min!" Connecting everything he'd said before, smacking at his chest. "You are insufferable! That was-. I love you."

"I love you too." Giving him a genuine smile rather than a teasing one.

"You need to make that a song," Chan spoke, looking forward. Not able to look at the doublet, not sure he could hold his laughter.

"What?" Jisung turned to their hyung

Chan cleared his throat, refusing to look at the younger. "You're- that. What Minho just said was so cringe." waving his hand in the air, making it seem as if the air withheld their conversation.

Chuckling at how flustered the elder was, "Chan hyung is flustered!" Minho teased

"No, just checking out the wall. Trying to not listen to the conversation that you were having."

The couple was saved from more teasing as Felix and Hyunjin walked in. Seungmin and Innie followed soon after, leaving Changbin and the higher-ups. Changbin came charging into the room with a force that most of the group thought the door was broken.

"I'm not late!" He shouted, taking a seat next to the youngest. Chan held his face. He did not need to worry about a broken door on top of this meeting.

Soon, the higher-ups and the manager walked in. The group stood, greeting them. They noticed that it wasn't just their manager. It was the legal from the first meeting, someone from the sales department, someone they didn't know their role, and JYP himself.

JYP greeted the rest of the group first before stopping in front of the duo. They bowed to him, and both of them felt their nerves skyrocket. Neither knew what to think seeing him in this meeting. Would it end badly? Was this the end of their group?

"Minho-ssi, Jisung-ssi. It is good to see you both doing well. I was surprised at the news that ended up on my desk. That was a bold move. Let's sit down and start."

I know JYP isn't the overall boss anymore but just go with it... ;)
