First encounter

He musters as much courage as he strides over to where Pond was. He stopped himself when he realized that he looks even better up close. Pond calls to him before he could doubt himself.

"Ai Joong, meet my best friend Dunk. Dunk, this is Joong my uni roommate. Kao bpen dala (He's a celebrity)."

"Ao jing (really)? Sorry I don't know much about the entertainment industry. Maybe Phu or Gem knows." Joong can't help but think how he likes the sound of his voice and how his face lit up when he laughs. But before the conversation could go further, Dunk's phone rang.

"I'm with Pond, khup. I only had one glass. Yes, I'm coming back now. Do you and Gem want anything? Yes, I'll drive safely, khup~~" He didn't mean to listen in on his conversation but he couldn't help it. He wonders if he is in a relationship from the way he answers but Pond quickly erased that thought.

"If I didn't know you, I would think that Phuwin is your faen." Pond commented

"Ai sat(you animal)! That's my brother. I gotta go. Catch up with you some other time. It was great meeting you, Joong." He smiled and left.

"Does he hv a faen (partner)?" Joong tries be as subtle as possible but failing at best. Pond huffed at his question.

"I'll be glad if he does. All he ever thinks about are his brothers since his parents died. Sometimes I just wish he had someone to take care of him. " He was taken aback by the sudden seriousness in Pond's voice but was glad to know that Dunk's beauty wasn't skin deep. That there was more to him than meet the eyes.

Your wish is my command, dear friend. He smiled behind the glass as he sips on his beer.

A/N: Dropping another teaser ahead of time. I'm changing the format a little for the sake of some who has not watched or followed Thai bl series. so I'll insert some translation within the conversation if it makes it easier to understand. but if there are some that I feel doesn't make too much sense to include it within the story, I'll have it here in the notes. Just a disclaimer, I'm not Thai nor am I fluent in Thai. It's just bits and pieces that I've catch while watching Thai series, I think it is used in this way. so don't quote the Thai used in this story. best to learn it from a native speaker. 

I know I will be rambling at this point but yea I feel like I need to put it out there. I don't want to pour cold water for those who are really looking forward to this story, perhaps its my insecurities speaking. When I came up with the plot I really had a lot of expectation but as I started drafting I realizes that it may not come out as per how I intent it to be. I may not be able to include as much PondPhuwin and GeminiFourth moment as I wanted. There may only be a snippet here or there. 

For those who have read my work, or as you've read the first teaser and this one. You'll know that I like to keep it clean cut with action or emotion filled drama ending with suspense. But I realized that when I designed this as a slow burn, modern day romance, some dry bits are unavoidable in order to develop the story. No matter how hard I try. Frankly speaking I've re-written this chapter to keep it that way but I can't promise that I'm able to do it for all chapters. I've resigned to the fact that there will be dry parts and it will lengthy. dtae... chan klua du kon pit wang (but I'm afraid I'll disappoint everyone) .  I'll try my best. What I can promise is to see this series to the end.
