He was nervous that night.
"Mi alai reu bpao (Is something wrong), Dunk? You look a bit off today, is there something that Phi can help you with?" his regular customer Phi Charn and Phi Tinn looked at him in concern. He plastered on his best customer service smile and shook his head. Phi Charn and Phi Tinn had been kind to him. They bonded over their shared family history- their parents passing on early in life. They had hoped that Dunk keeps that spark despite the challenges that he is going through. Tinn knows the challenge well enough, when his brother and sister-in-law passed on, leaving his niece to him. He had shoulder on the responsibility just like Dunk but he had his grandmother's emotional support. He hoped that Charn and him could be that for him. Charn's phone rang. He gestured to Tinn that their client was already in the VIP room, so they left.
Dunk breathed in a sigh of relief. He wouldn't be able to lie to Phi Charn and Phi Tinn if they had pressed on. He saw Phi Aoey sashayed in, telling him the VVIP is already at the private room. He told him the drinks they ordered and ask him to bring it up. He does as he is told. He asked Ai to take over his bartending duty.
He was nervous when he knocked on the door. He saw three men dressed in expensive looking suits, there were another 6 that looked like bodyguards. He puts the drinks down on the table one by one. They had looked at him with hungry eyes as they take in the view of him. Just as he puts down the last drink, one of them grab his wrist.
"Where do you think you're going, pretty boy? Aoey had promised you will spend the night with us" Dunk's eyes widen at that revelation. Before he could try to escape, the person who grabbed his wrist had pulled him towards him. While another person mixed something into the drink. They had forced the drink down his throat.
He fought the best he can, buying as much time for himself. He wondered if he'll see his brothers again.
