Breakfast after

Dunk was the first to wake up the next morning. He prepared breakfast for all of them. Pond, with every intention of helping Joong, decided to bring up the topic of being in a relationship.

"Why is everyone suddenly so interested in my love life?" Dunk sighed.

"Meung loorh laew gor ruay (You are handsome and rich). Most importantly, we want someone to take care of you, is that wrong?" Pond throwing his best puppy eyes for effect. 

"Gu rak meung na (I love you). But I don't think it's good to bring someone into my messy life. Plus I don't think anyone would be interested in me." Dunk trying to steer the conversation away.

"Hooi! You are a good catch." Dunk just shakes his head.

"if you don't believe me, let's ask Joong. Ai Joong, what is your ideal type?" Joong glared at Pond when he asked. Pond just gestures for him to say it out.

"Someone who is family oriented, caring, attentive, likes skinship. Someone who will be okay with my erratic schedule." Joong looks at Dunk as he speaks but Dunk was busy checking on his phone.

"Du sii(Look)! you fit that description perfectly, hia." Gemini happily declared. Joong went pale.

"Mai huang (don't worry), he won't catch it even if you are this obvious." Pond whispered to Joong.

"Hia, are you listening?!" Gemini asked.

"Yes, apparently I am very eligible and should consider starting a relationship." Dunk said as he put down his phone.

"Chai sii. Bperd jai, puuean (yes, open your heart, friend)." Pond nodded and squeezed Dunk's shoulder.

"Jaak~~ and now I need to open my schedule. You'll be dropping Joong off or should I?" Pond points towards himself as he finished eating.

 "It's a good start, Phu and Gem seems to be on your side. That's the biggest hurdle that you need to deal with. They're Dunk's life." Pond said on the journey as he drove Joong home.

"I'm not too sure about Phuwin." Joong still remembering their conversation at Hua Hin.

"Oooh, he likes you. He's just protective of Dunk." Pond assured Joong.

"How can you even tell with that facial expression?!" Pond laughed at that.

"Anyways, are you free tomorrow? I'm bringing the twins to the mall to shop for Dunk's birthday present. Thought you might want to tag along"

"When is Dunk's birthday?" Joong asked curiously.

"In a month but tomorrow is the only day that all our schedule fit. Plus, Dunk is out of town so he won't be suspicious." Joong agreed with the plan.

"Show your sincerity. It's only a matter of time for us to break the first wall but the rest will be up to you. Su su na, puuean." Pond clasped Joong's shoulder as he drops him off.

Joong was surprised when three people got into Pond's car instead of just the expected twins for their trip to the mall the next day. Pond then introduced Fourth as Gemini's best friend, who wai-ed at Joong after the introduction. Excitement was buzzing among the three of them as they chatted animatedly. Joong and Pond were having a quiet conversation in front about the latest news in the entertainment industry.

Pond decided to start a LINE group with the 5 of them since they all had different places that they wanted to go. Fourth dragged Gemini while Phuwin tagging quietly behind before parting ways. Pond had decided to accompany Joong as he was looking clueless and lost. "I'm afraid I can't be of much help. Dunk likes anything that he receives from us, so it's basically what you decide on by the end of the day."

A suit had caught his eyes as he remembers how bare Dunk's closet had looked. Joong asking Pond if he knew Dunk's size, he was able to answer him effortlessly. A bracelet at the counter had caught his eyes as he was about to make payment. He couldn't help but put it in his purchase as well saving it for the time when he is able to ask Dunk out.

Dunk Natachai, I'll show you what it means to be loved. Joong thought.

I can't decide what Joong actually bought for Dunk but I guess this one? 

What do you think about this chapter? Can you imagine Joong's panicked look and how oblivious Dunk is? 🤭🤭 And that intense stare when Joong speaks of his ideal type while looking at Dunk... I can so imagine it. 

Oh yea, this series has a timeline of it's own so it may not follow like when Dunk's actual birthday is. That's also the reason why I'm rather vague when it comes to the timeline cause it's too complicated to match what I have in mind. I tried... but went 😵‍💫😵‍💫, so I gave up in being specific about the timeline.
