Joong was surprised when he received a call from Phi First as they were about to watch a movie.
"Hi Khun Joong, we haven't met officially but I'm First, Dunk's executive secretary. Khun Pond told me that you are currently taking care of Dunk. I'm sorry to be of inconvenience to you but there are some urgent matters at work that needs Dunk's attention unfortunately. I was wondering if it's possible for you to contact me when he comes around." Phi First explained.
"Would you like to speak to him?" Joong asked casually.
"He's awake? This fast?!" First was surprised by the news.
"Everyone seems surprise." Joong was confused by the response that he got.
"It is rather surprising... in a good way. I'm glad you're there for him. If you don't mind, may I speak to him?" Joong hands the phone over to Dunk. Dunk's mood had taken a negative turn after the call.
"I need to be back home." He said gloomily.
"But you aren't fully recovered yet." Joong hinting that he lacks the physical strength to be at work.
"There isn't any internet service here. I have to settle this matter. I won't be going into office. I'll be able to settle this from home but I need you to hide this from Phu and Gem. They can't know about this. Promise me." Dunk looked at him with pleading eyes.
"I'll promise you if you let me be by your side until you recover." Dunk nodded. He calls Pond letting him know the change of plans and to make sure to distract the twins when he comes home.

Pond and the twins were watching a movie when they came back. Dunk tried to look as inconspicuously as possible, walking by himself asking Joong to stay back.
"Hia, you are home early!" Phuwin exclaimed as he spotted him.
"Phi First needed me to get some work done. I'll be home for the next few days. Go back to your movie." Phuwin nodded happily. Dunk thought he was in the clear but his leg gave out on him suddenly. Joong was quick to catch him. Pond's panicked look had alerted the twins on what happened.
"Maybe that scotch was a little too much. I'll guide you back to your room" Dunk whispered a silent thank you to Joong for that quick save. Joong assisted Dunk with his bedtime routine. The routine so well built for the past few days that Dunk didn't give a second thought when Joong slept beside him. His brain didn't register that he was hugging Joong to sleep as exhaustion took over.

(A/N: I had every intention of just ending it here, that was the original plan but then... this scene just pop up in my head out of the blue so I'm throwing it out there. Sometimes, I don't know how my mind works 🤣🤣)
"What do you mean Phi Joong is sleeping with hia?" Phuwin couldn't believe what Pond was telling him.
"Not sleeping, sleeping. Dunk is drunk. Someone should take care of him. Let Joong take care of him" Pond tries to persuade Phuwin.
"I'm his brother, I can take care of him" Phuwin was about to head towards Dunk's room. Pond steers him away.
"He's a green flag. Don't worry. Let's go to bed." Pond tries to ease Phuwin's concern.
"You're sure he's a green flag?"
"I've known him for 7 odd years, I'm sure." Pond says with confidence.
"I'm bunking with Gem." Phuwin still a little sulky at Pond's arrangement.
"Fourth is with him. You are stuck with me." Pond marches Phuwin to his room.
