Ingredients:-

Maida All purpose flour - 1 tbsp.

Baking powder - 1 tsp.

Cardamom seeds - 1/2 tsp.

Ghee - 1 tbsp.

Egg - beaten 3 tbsp.

Almonds and pistachios....

Method:-

In pot, add milk, sugar , and cardamom seeds and mix well...

Cook until sugar is dissolved, and set aside....

In a bowl add dry milk powder, all purpose flour, baking powder, cardamom seeds and mix well....

Gradually add eggs and kneed until dough is formed, and refrigerate for
5-8 minutes....

Take a mixture, and make a small balls of equal size and press it....

Makes ( 7 - 8 ).....

Heat milk and add the ball one by one, cover and cook for 10 minutes.....

Do not stir and or use any spoon.....

Garnish with almonds & pistachios & served chilled......
