Ingredients:-
Whipping cream:-
Nestle whipping cream 1 pack.
Mango puree:-
Mango chunks 1&1/2 cup.
Condensed milk 1 cup.
Mango delight mixture:-
Prepared whipped cream 3 cups.
Prepared mango puree 1 cup.
Jelly:-
Mango jelly powder 1/2 cup.
Water 1 cup.
Assembling:-
Biscuits crushed 2 cups.
Mango puree as required.
Mango delight mixture as required.
Mango chunks as required.
Almonds for garnishing as required.
Whipping cream as required.
Method:-
Whipped cream preparation:-
In a bowl, add Nestle whipping cream & beat until fluffy, & stiff peaks formed.....
Reserve 1/2 cup of whipping cream for topping....
Chilled the cream over night in the fridge, & whip it with an electric beater.....
Mango puree preparation:-
Now, in a blender add mango chunks, & condensed milk, blend it well & make a puree.....
Mango delight preparation:-
Add the prepared mango puree into whipped cream, & mix it well.....
Prepare jelly:-
Now in a preheated pan, add water bring it to boil, add mango jelly powder in it, mix it well & cook until it dissolve.....
Remove from heat pour into a dish, & let it cool at room temperature....
Now cut it into cubes, set aside.....
Assembling:-
Now in a dish add a layer of crushed biscuits, mango delight mixture, jelly, mango puree, & mango chunks.....
Top them with whipped cream, almonds & serve.....
