CHOCOLATE SWISS ROLL.

Ingredients:-

Maida All purpose flour - 2/3 cup.

Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup.

Eggs - 6.

Sugar - 2/3 cup.

Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp.

Whipping cream - 250g.

Water as required.

Cooking chocolate chopped - 1/2 cup.

Whipping cream.

Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup.

Whipping cream.

Melted cooking chocolate.

Chocolate chips.

Multi sprinkles.

Method:-

In bowl, place sifter, add maida, cocoa powder, sift together, mix well & set aside.....

In mixing machine, add eggs & sugar , beat until fluffy.....

During mixing, add vanilla essence & beat again.......

Gradually add dry ingredients & gently fold with the help of spatula.....

Grease 16 X 11 inches baking pan with oil, place butter paper & grease with oil.....

Now pour prepared batter & spread evenly......

Bake in preheated oven at 230°C for 4 minutes.....

After baking, immediately remove the baking tray, roll carefully & remove butter paper, & let it cool.....

In mixing machine add whipping cream, beat until fluffy & set aside.....

In double boiler, add water & heat it....

In bowl, add cooking chocolate, & mix well until smooth set aside.....

Place butter paper on working table, & spread the cake base.....

Add whipping cream & evenly spread it.....

Add chocolate chips, & roll up again, to form a swiss roll, with the help of the butter paper, & apply whipping cream evenly......

Decorate with melted chocolate, Chocolate chips & multi sprinkles.....

Cut into slices & serve....
