Ingredients:-
Bread slices - 7-8.
Gram flour sifted - 2 cups.
Red chilli powder - 1 tbs.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
Cornflour - 3 - 4 tbs.
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste.
Water - 3-4 tbs.
Cooking oil for frying.
Method:-
In a bowl, add gram flour sifted, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cornflour, mix well....
Add 3-4 tbs water and make a thick batter.....
Cut the bread into triangle shape or cube shape as per our choice.....
Dip the bread slices in batter and fry.....
Cook until it changes colour....
Take out the bread pakoras.....
Serve with tomato ketchup & enjoy.....
