SUJI HALWA.

Ingredients:-

Desi ghee - 1/2 cup.

Green cardamom - 3-4.

Semolina - 3/4 cup.

Sugar - 1 and 1/4 cup.

Water - 3 cup.

Food colour - 1/2 tsp or as required.

Kewra essence- 1/2 tsp.

Dry fruits - as required for garnishing.

Method:-

In wok, heat ghee & add cardamom, saute for a minute....

Add semolina & roast on medium low flame until colour change & fragrant....

Add sugar & give it a good mix....

Add water & food colour, mix well cover & cook on medium low flame for 3-4 minutes....

Add kewra essence and mix it....

Cover & simmer for 1-2 minutes....

Garnish with dry fruits....

Suji halwa is ready....
