Ingredients:-
Potatoes - washed, ( 4-5 large).
Boiling water- as required.
Salt- 1 tsp.
Maida All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
Paprika powder - 1 tsp.
Chicken powder - 1/2 tsp.
Dried parsley - 1 tsp.
Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste.
Water- 1/4 cup or as required.
Cooking oil for frying.
Method:-
Cut the potato in equal size wedges.
In boiling water, Add potato wedges, salt and mix, boil 4 minutes & strain & pat dry properly with kitchen tissue paper....
In bowl, add All purpose flour, paprika powder, Chicken powder, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt & mix well....
Gradually add water and whisk well, to make a smooth batter....
Now dip potato wedges in prepared batter, coat well & remove access & freeze for 2 hours in freezer.....
Option -1.
Deep fry....
In wok, heat cooking oil & fry until golden brown....
Option -2.
Bake:-
Grease baking tray with oil, place potato wedges, & grease with oil....
Bake in preheated oven, at 190°C for 25 minutes....
Cover with cling film & can be store in freeze for up to 1 month.....
