Ingredients:-
Noodles - 500 gms.
Water - 1 cup.
Oil - 3 tbs.
Onions sliced - 1 cup.
Capsicum chopped - 1 cup.
Cabbage shredded - 1 cup.
Carrot chopped - 1 cup.
Spring onion chopped - 1 cup.
Black pepper powder - 2 tbs.
Red chilli powder - 1 tbs.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
Noodles masala powder - 2 tbs.
Green chilli sauce - 1 tbs.
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbs.
Vinegar - 2 tbs.
Soy sauce - 1 tbs.
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp.
Coriander leaves.
Method:-
In a wok add cooking oil, onions, capsicum, cabbage, carrot, spring onion, & mix well......
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, & turmeric powder mix well.....
Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.....
Add Black pepper powder, noodles masala powder, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce,
& Mix well....Cook until oil seperates....
Add boiled noodles & mix well.....
Cook on high flame for 5 mins....
& Cook on medium flame for 30 minutes.....Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot....
