QEEMA PASTA.

Ingredients:-

Pasta - 400g.

Water- 3-4 cup.

Tomato paste - 1 cup.

Onions sliced - 3.

Qeema - 200g.

Spring onion chopped - 1 cup.

Red chilli powder - 1 tbs.

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.

Chilli flakes - 1 tbs.

Salt- 1 tsp or to taste.

Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp.

Coriander leaves - 1 cup.
Method:-

In a cooker, add oil, Onion, ginger garlic paste & mix well.....

Add qeema & cook until it changes colour in white....

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, & mix well cook until oil seperates......

Close the lid of cooker, & keep 6-7 whistle.....

After it cook open the lid of cooker, add water, mix well.... & Bring it to boil.....

After boiling water add pasta mix well....

Close the lid & give 8 -10 whistles.....

Turn off the flame, take out whistle, open the lid of cooker, and mix pasta & add coriander leaves in it......

Take it out in a bowl sprinkle spring onion chopped, & serve hot.....
