BISCUITS.

Ingredients:-

Maida All purpose flour - 300 gms, ( 2 1/2 cup).

Milk powder - 30g, ( 5 tbs).

Butter salted- 250g.

Icing sugar - 150g.

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp.

Egg- 1.

Cocoa powder - 20g.

Instant coffee powder - 1 tsp.

Melted chocolate.

Cherry jam.

Almonds ( roughly chopped).

Kopra ( desiccated coconut).

Pista- roughly chopped 1-2 tbs.

Chocolate chips- 2 tbs.

Salt- 1 pack.

Method:-

In a bowl add all purpose flour, milk powder, mix well & set aside....

In another bowl, add butter, icing sugar & beat well until light fluffy ( 4-5 minutes)....

Add vanilla essence, egg & beat again....

Now add dry ingredients & mix well with the help of spatula then beat for a minute.....

Take out half quantity of batter in another bowl for chocolate dough, add coca powder, coffee powder & mix until well combined, transfer to a piping bag & drop baking tray to make biscuit shape.....

In the center, fill in melted chocolate.....

Transfer plain biscuit dough to a piping bag and drop on baking tray to make biscuit shape....

In the center fill in cherry jam....

Take 1 tbsp of plain biscuit dough & make a square shape & coat with almonds....

Take 1 tbsp of plain biscuit dough, make a round shape, press gently & coat with desiccated coconut....

In small bowl, add 1 tbsp of plain biscuit dough, add pistachio & mix well......

Take 1 tbsp of butter, make a ball, press gently, & make a square shape.....

Add pistachios on top & press gently....

In small ball, add 4 tbsp chocolate biscuits dough add chocolate chips & mix well......

Take 1 tbsp of batter , make a ball press gently, & make a round shape....

Add chocolate chips on top & press gently....

On baking tray lined with silicon mat, place prepared biscuits.....

Baking:-

Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.....

Baking without oven:-

In pot, add 1 pack of salt , place steamer stand/ wire rack & preheat on medium flame, for 10- 15 minutes....

Place prepared biscuits tray, cover & bake in pot on medium flame for 15-20 minutes.....

Place prepared biscuits tray, cover & bake in pot on medium flame for 15-20 minutes
