Ingredients:-
Beef cubes - 500g.
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp.
Chicken powder - 2 tbs.
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp.
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp.
Salt - half tsp or to taste.
Cornflour - 3 tbs.
Red food colour - 1 pinch.
Water - 3 tbs.
Curry leaves.
Cooking oil for frying....
Method:-
In a bowl, add beef cubes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken powder , coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, cornflour & mix well......
Add water & mix until well combined....
Marinate 1 hour....
In a wok heat oil, and fry beef masala cubes, & fry until golden brown & crispy....
After frying take out in a plate....
Fry curry leaves in the same oil and spread in kabab bowl....
Serve with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise & enjoy....
