Ingredients:-

Chicken:-

Chicken - 1/2 kg cut in cubes.

Salt - 1 tsp.

Garlic - 1 tsp.

Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp.

Soy sauce - 1 & 1/2 tsp.

Cornflour - 4 tbsp.

Egg - 1.

Oil for frying...

Gravy:-

Oil - 2 tbsp.

Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp.

Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp.

Green chilli chopped -  2 - 3.

Spring onion - 1/4 cup.

Capsicum cut in cubes - 1.

Onion cut in cubes - 1.

Salt - 1 tbsp or to taste.

Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp.

Vinegar - 1 tbsp.

Soy sauce - 1 tsp.

Tomato ketchup - 1/4 cup.

Chilli garlic sauce - 1/4 cup.

Sugar - 1 tsp.

Paprika powder - 1/2 tbsp.

Water - 1 cup.

Water - 3 tbsp.

cornflour - 2 tbsp.

Method:-

In a bowl take chicken and add salt, garlic, black pepper, chilli flakes, Soya sauce and mix well.

Deep fry Chicken cubes in a wok and set aside.

For gravy:-

Heat oil, add ginger and garlic saute and add green chilli, & spring onion & saute for 30 second.

Add capsicum, Onion and saute for 30 second.

Add salt, red chilli, vinegar, Soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce,  sugar & paprika & mix.

Add 1 cup water, stir & mixture of water and cornflour mix until gravy thickens, dish out and serve with cheese vegetable rice or garlic rice...
