Ingredients:-
Flour - 1 & 1/2 cup.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Cocoa powder unsweetened - 1 cup.
Melted butter - 1 cup.
Caster sugar - 3 cups.
Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp.
Eggs - 4.
Method:-
In a bowl keep a sifter and add flour, and salt and sift it.
Now sift cocoa powder , butter , caster sugar and mix well with whisk.
Add vanilla essence and whisk well to combine, all ingredients add eggs one at a time and mix well.
Add dry flour and cocoa mixture gradually and mix until combined.
Grease baking pan with butter, and add batter evenly.
Preheat oven at 190° C.
Add batter to baking pan and bake brownies for 30-35 minutes.
Insert a toothpick in a brownie, if it's come out clean it's ready.
If not than bake another 5 minutes and check again.
You can cut brownies in square or any shape, and serve.
You can serve it with ice cream scoop
Or just sift powdered sugar and serve it.
