Ingredients:-

CHICKEN:-

Chicken boneless cubes - 350g.

Corn flour - 1/4 cup.

Egg white - 1.

Soy sauce - 2 tbs.

Black pepper crushed - 1/2 tbsp.

Salt - 1/4 tsp or to taste.

SAUCE:-

Oil - 2 tbs.

Red chilli crushed - 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste.

Garlic chopped - 2 tsp.

Ginger chopped - 1 tsp.

Tomato ketchup - 1/2 cup.

Chicken stock - 1/4 cup.

Tomato paste - 2 tbs.

Red chilli paste or pepper sauce - 1 tbs or to taste.

Salt - 1/4 tsp or to taste.

Soy sauce - 1 tbs.

Honey - 2 tbs.

Green onion chopped - 2-3 tbs.

Sesame seeds - optional.

Method:-

For chicken:-

In a bowl, add chicken, cornflour, egg white, soy sauce, black pepper crushed & salt, mix well & marinate for 30 minutes.....

In frying pan, add oil & marinate chicken, Fry until crispy & golden brown set aside.....

For sauce:-

In a wok, add oil, red chilli crushed, ginger garlic & saute until golden.....

Add tomato ketchup, chicken stock, tomato paste, red chilli powder, or pepper sauce, salt, soy sauce & cook, until chicken thickens.....

Add honey, fried chicken, green onion stalk & mix well.....

Garnish with sesame seeds & serve.....
