Ingredients:-

Sesame seeds 250 gms.

Ghee 1 tbs.

Gur (jaggery) 250 gms.

Method:-

In a wok, add sesame seeds, dry roast until fragrant, & set aside....

In the same wok , add clarified butter, & let it melt.....

Add jaggery mix well & cook, until it turns thick, & foamy (6-8 minutes).....

To check if syrup is ready, pour few drops in water, if they dissolve....

Add roasted Sesame seeds & mix well....

Let it cool for 5 minutes....

With the help of grease hands & spoon take small quantity of mixture, & makes balls of equal sizes....

Makes 30....

Let them cool completely, & store laddu in airtight jar or container....
