Ingredients:-
Cauliflower - 1 cut into pieces.
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
Chicken powder - 3 tbs.
Cornflour - 5 tbs.
Salt- 1 pinch or to taste.
Red food colour - 1 pinch.
Water - 3 tbs.
Cooking oil for frying.....
Method:-
In a bowl, add cauliflower, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken powder, salt, cauliflower, red food colour, water......
And mix well until well combined....
Marinate for 2 hours....
In a wok add cooking oil, and fry gobi until crispy.....
After frying take out in a plate & serve with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise....
