This is the 3rd book, after The Drug In Me (1st) and Tragic Magic (2nd).

Recap of Tragic Magic:

Ryker gets Him/John put away, and is finally safe from His torture.

But just because He's gone doesn't mean she can forget about Him. It's gets harder and harder for her to cope, and she gets back into drugs, getting in deep.

Ronnie finds out and they fight, tempers flaring. After telling her that he will send her to rehab, Ronnie locks her in the room.

Ryker runs away to Las Vegas and ends up working in a night club. She meets a girl named Nikki/Leah, and they help each other. Ashley finds her there, and Andy and him get Leah and Ryker to come back with them.

Cops find Ryker's drugs in Ronnie's bus and are going to arrest him, so Ryker fesses up. But that means Leah is alone with nobody she trusts, and Ryker has to face her past and admit to her mistakes.

This book:

Ryker is in rehab now, getting sober and learning to deal with not being on drugs 24/7.

When she gets let out, she focuses on trying to make a whole new life and move past all that has happened in her past.

But as she tries to rekindle her friendships after being a part for so long and apologize to all the people she hurt, she finds that the most important person she has to apologize to, just won't listen.

Ronnie can hold one hell of a grudge, and she learns this rather quickly as he makes jabs at her or gives her the cold shoulder.

Will she find a way to get him to forgive her, or will she have to learn that maybe her happily ever after, just won't include Ronnie as her Prince Charming?
