Family History Part 1

"My blood? What are you some kind of vampire?"

"No, not that, let me start at the beginning, how well do you know your grandfather, on your father's side of the family ?", asked nibbler.

"I've ever actually met him, I heard some stories about him, that he was very smart. I barely even know my father, my mother and him got divorced when I was small."

"He was a troubled man, probably for the best, there was a lot of tragedy that he could not cope with. What if I told you that you and I are cousins?"

"I would tell you that you are full of shit", Ginny laughed at the notion.

"Well how about if I told you that your grandfather is also my grandfather and that he is a Fah'Rey as well"

"How is that possible? Don't take offence, but I am normal"

"Are you aware of what Fah'Rey are? How much do you know about mythology?"

"Not a lot"

"Well if you look at every ancient civilization, whether it be from Europe, Asia, the Americas or even Africa. All of them have legends of creatures like us", he gestured with his arms as if to encompass everything.

"So you are a god then?"

"Only in bed darling"

"Too bad we are related then", she responded sarcastically, which made Nibbler laugh joyfully.

"No, not gods, but over the years events become myths, stories become exaggerated. Kaasaam and your realm encompass each other through complex 9 dimensional geometry. Waypoints can be created between the two, which is how you have come to be here right now."

"I see, but I still do not see the connection between you and I. "

"Most of the beings you see here in this realm are 100% Fah'Rey and because of this they could never traverse to your realm. But some humans found out that they could make the reverse journey. As time went on naturally there was an intermingling between the two. 

But Only those with an -AB blood type were able to produce offspring. Now, the combination of the two entities has unpredictable results. 

You see Fah'Rey normally procreate through a process known as The Spark. Their essences are combined, but the outcome is drawn from the aether. Which leads to the menagerie of beings you see around here.

 But with the injection of a human spirit and DNA, magical things can happen. Now back to the story of our grandfather, he was 100% Fah'Rey"
