Executioner Guo was in darkness, distorted voices kept reaching him, but were incoherent, like accusing ghosts reaching out from the netherworld. Flashes of different faced apparitions clawed at his flesh. His mother, father, his classmate, the many nameless people he unjustly put in their graves to further his career.
He felt something in his hands, wet but ice cold to the touch. Apprehensively he glanced down, two dead eyes met his gaze. The pulpy bloody mess of a baby which fussed as if trying to reach for him. Guo screamed as he hurled the thing into the darkness.....

"Ooh ooh ooh come on man, wake the fuck up!", Maurice was repeatedly slapping him hard in the face. Guo opened his eyes, he was a little confused at what transpired. They were still in Beth's bedchamber, he was a little surprised to see her body lying still on the floor in front of him.
"What happened?"
"What happened?! You happened you homicidal asshole! Everything was copacetic, I turn around and you have broken her fucking neck!!! Now help me get her into the bed, I have an idea to get us out of this jam"
After placing the dead queen's body under the covers and hiding any evidence of the murder they needed to make their escape.
"Do as I say, and don't say a fucking word, and don't kill anybody!"
Still in a daze, Guo just nodded his head in response.
"Ooh ooh ooh guard!! Great news!!Rejoice!! The queen is with child!! Do not let anybody enter this chamber until her personal physician can examine her. I am going to fetch him now" The guard bowed in response. The duo quickly but casually exited the hive and took a direct route out of the city. In the distance, bells of celebration tolled. Which was followed by an ominous buzz.
"Where are we going?"
"North, it might be the only way we can save ourselves"
