A Rage is Ignited

Ginny's hand instinctively went for her sword as the bear like creature closed the door to the cabin. It's fur was white, but it's head didn't resemble a bear at all. It's face was more elongated with a sharp row of teeth, Very crocodilian. 

She spoke, "I am sorry sir, I didn't mean to intrude into your home. But the weather was perilously and I needed to take shelter. I promise I didn't touch anything, I just made a fire for warmth"

Smelling the air intently, "so you are a human? We don't see many of your kind around here, are you lost?" A drip of saliva fell from his jaw to the floor.

"Yes, I got lost in the storm, I am journeying northwards"

He took a step towards her, her hand gripped tighter on her weapon but she made sure to keep it out of sight. "Human girls must be careful traveling the hinterlands alone ,many many dangers can emerge from the frost"

"Yes, thank you for the advice, if you will allow me to stay until the storm passes I would greatly appreciate it. I will leave you in peace as soon as I can"

"I would love to help you, but I require payment", it's tongue lolled in it's mouth, licking its lips.

"I have nothing to give you sir, I have very few possessions."

It laughed menacingly, " maybe you could provide me with dinner, I have never tasted a human cooked meal before"

"Of course, what ingredients do you have?" Every muscle in her body was tense, she was like a tightly coiled spring "

"Hunting has been scarce, I haven't eaten fresh meat in weeks. I have resorted to scavenging" He tossed a furry object onto the floor. "Make a stew with that vermin, he was some kind of hero"

Her mind became filled with hateful fury, she sprung to her feet. There was a glint of firelight reflected off the blade. White fur became crimson as the blood poured out from the fatal wound. In her hysteria she struck him a countless number of times. The fire light turning her violet eyes into a searing orange.
