Charles Wallace shared a room with the Redcoats that night.

While Ernie was brushing his teeth, Fred and Charles Wallace were hitting each other with pillows.

"Are you going to win this pillow fight with telekinesis, Mr Travel With My Mind?" Fred teased.

"Naw, I'm not that powerful" said Charles Wallace.

"Good. If you were, I'd probably faint" said Ernie spitting out his toothpaste.

"You'll probably faint with delight when you open your present, Ernie" said Charles Wallace.

"You got us presents?" said Fred.

"Yeah. I anticipated you guys being on this week's show, so I thought I'd give you some Christmas cheer" said Charles Wallace.

He gave Fred a movie camera.

"Blimey, lad! I've always wanted one of these" said Fred.

"It's true; he has ever since he used Rob's" said Ernie.

"But they're impossible to find. I expect you knew exactly where to look" said Fred hugging Charles Wallace.

"I sure did. Now here's yours, Ernie" said Charles Wallace.

Ernie opened a big box to reveal a guitar with two necks.

"A double-necked Gibson?" he said.

"Yeah; my brother in law plays one. I thought you'd enjoy it too" said Charles Wallace.

"It's smashing. But these are expensive. How did you afford it?" said Ernie.

"The question my roommate's probably asking himself is..." Charles Wallace gasped, "Where's my wallet?"

Jeremy felt his jacket and realized that Charles Wallace took his wallet.

"Cheeky" he mumbled.

Charles Wallace gave his roommate back his wallet before continuing.

The next day was Christmas, so Charles Wallace presented Laura with a little box tied up with a ribbon.

"Here you are, my lady" he said politely.

Laura opened the box and found a silver necklace with a red, green and blue charm.

"Oh, it's lovely!" she said.

"Yeah, it's not just a necklace. These three colors are the trademark of the Three Warriors. They remind you that we're always on the go, so whenever someone needs us, we're ready to pounce" Charles Wallace explains.

"That's wonderful, darling! I feel safer already" said Laura.

"And for you, Mr Petrie..." said Charles Wallace handing Rob another box.

Rob opened his box and found a pair of pants.

"Pants?" he said.

"You know, so you can sleep in your other ones and have an extra pair for work" said Charles Wallace.

Rob let out a big laugh and ruffled the boy's hair.

"Now, the best gift we can give little Charles is music" said Ernie.

"Yeah. How's about a song from us to you, little fella?" said Fred.

"Oh yeah, please! Do the Time Goes By one" said Charles Wallace.

Fred and Ernie tuned their guitars and sang their hit.

Each time I leave you, it's like a lifetime

Love is the reason why

But when I'm here to hold you

My how the time goes by

I don't remember what time the clock said

Don't even wanna try

You say it's past your bedtime

My how the time goes by

I know I'm gonna hate it leaving you

Where did the hours fly

I really don't know what I'm gonna do

Oh my, oh my

Kiss me again girl, kiss me and then girl

Kiss me a last goodbye

Wish I could stay forever

My how the time goes, my how the time goes

My how the time goes by

Charles Wallace cheered and gave each of the Redcoats a huge hug.

This was undoubtedly the best Christmas away from home he'd ever had.
