"Why are you here?" Dewinn asked furiously when he saw Mimosa's spirit appearing in front of him, weeping. "You must be in that princess's body, remember?"

All her pride was gone as Mimosa begged, "Find some other way to send me back, please. That wizard... He... He asked them to remove the ring so I was kicked out of my own body."

"Remove the ring? They took it off?"

"Yes. They took it away from me forcefully. Please try something new! I can't go back to where I was." Mimosa's spirit cried harder.

"Sorry." Devill shook his head. "I don't know what to do. I have no other plans. You... You ruined everything."

"Is that my fault?" Mimosa roared in agony. "You should have tried something else. That wizard is too powerful. Don't you know that?"

Devill raised his eyebrows when he heard that. "Ocaris was there?"

"He was the one who told them to remove the ring. If he wasn't there, I wouldn't be here. I'm not at fault here."

Devill massaged his temples. "Sorry, Mimosa. I can't do anything. Zadhea won't trust me again. So sorry."

"No, please..."

"Fuck off!"

Devill spelled something which made Mimosa scream and the next second, her soul went back to her current body.

"Get up." A man kicked her feet, making Mimosa groan in pain. "Go find money. You think you can sit back and wait for us to feed you, princess?"

Mimosa started crying when she realized she had truly returned to her ugly body again. She didn't want to beg for money anymore.

Even as a princess, she had to spend the last few years of her life, begging for coins. Her current life was no different. She still had to become a beggar. This time, since birth.

The man took off his belt when he saw her cry. "You dare to throw tantrums? Then eat this, little dirt!"

"Nooooo!!!"

One hand soft and the other hand rough, but warm...

Minosha realized she wasn't alone in a lonely hospital. Initially, she thought she might be lying on the hospital bed with no one taking care of her except the hospital staff.

Seemed like she was wrong...

She did have someone taking care of her. Not one person but two!

She tried to open her eyes. Although it was difficult, she didn't give up. Slowly, slowly, her eyelids moved and when she half opened her eyes, she saw a red light. That light dropped directly on her eyes, making her squeeze them uncomfortably.

Minosha felt like she was walking on clouds as she felt no pain, her body relaxed. Suddenly she felt she was lying on a mattress, again. This time, she could easily move her hands and there was no needles.

There was no pain.

Only a slight, very faint headache.

Her throat wasn't dry and her body was light and familiar. Yep, it was such a familiar feeling, making her have hallucinations like she was finally at home.

At home...

When she opened her eyes, she was greeted by a shirtless upper back of a man. Startled, she almost screamed when that person turned around, showing her his handsome face. Not only his back, his front was also emitted masculinity as his abdomen was decorated with steady muscles that looked strong, like of a rare art piece.
