"Just leave me alone." She pushed his chest, trying to walk away, but Heidith grabbed her waist, stopping her from escaping.

"Zadhea!" He glanced at her coldly. "Just because I respect you doesn't mean I won't do anything to you. You haven't seen my bad side yet, have you?"

"Bad side?" She scoffed, throwing daggers at him with just her eyes. "Is your good mask falling off, Heidith?"

"Yeah. So what?" He pulled her towards him, shortening the distance until they were only an inch apart.

Zadhea looked at him as if he were a cockroach. "Release me, Heidith! You disgust me."

"Really?" He lowered his head and whispered in her ear, "Then what about you?"

Zadhea grew furious. "What about me?" she blurted, shooting him a burning gaze. She was confident that he was the only one at fault.

"Okay. Let's stop this." Heidith released her from his grip, getting tired of their conflict. "I'll get to the point."

"Oh." Zadhea raised a brow, creating a huge gap between them. She smirked sarcastically. "You're desperate because you want me to do something for you. Nice!" She clapped.

"Zadhea!" He narrowed his eyes at her. "Don't cross your line!"

"We both know who crossed the line here." Zadhea shook her head, as if saying he was pathetic.

"You have to attend the wedding with me whether you like it or not," Heidith said curtly. "If not..."

"If not?" She looked at him daringly. "Why? Are you threatening me?"

"Yes." He came closer to her, one step at a time.

Zadhea stood rooted to the ground, not moving back. Her eyes showed no fear.

Heidith pulled her towards him by her waist, circling both his hands around her back. His eyes gleamed dangerously.

"I'll tell my father about your father's deceit. He fooled us by offering a marriage for a daughter who was already engaged. If my father learns the truth, he'll declare war against your country. Needless to say, Edwina will lose. Let's not talk about the humiliation. Your pride will reduce to ashes, Princess Zadhea."

"I was engaged to you first, not Lucas," Zadhea said with a frown. "Don't speak like that about my father. I think at that time, he didn't have another choice. I don't know what actually happened. But that doesn't mean he's a traitor. My father isn't a cheater like you!"

"A cheater like me?" Heidith pointed at his chest. "You think I'm a cheater? Wow, Zadhea! Just wow! How many guy friends do you have? Tsk, tsk. I think you're the biggest cheater here, not me."

"Shut up!" Zadhea yelled angrily, clenching her hands, fearing that she would slap him.

"Okay, I'll shut up." Heidith nodded in agreement. "But you have to attend the wedding with me. I don't need any excuses."

"Hateful," Zadhea hissed, her chest heaving up and down with anger. She pushed him in the stomach and left the room, stomping her heels loudly.

Not long after, Heidith finished arranging his things neatly and locked the door before going to his class.

After the room was empty, Stella came out of her hiding place, fuming with anger. "Heidith, how could you?!" She gnashed her teeth, looking like a demon.

Using her spare key, she unlocked the door and came out of the club room.

Stella touched her pocket, feeling the green snake's rough skin against her silk clothes. With an evil smirk, she went straight to the home science class, looking for someone.
